L'Hemisfèric’s function is as a projection hall with three separate systems projecting onto a curved 900sq.m screen above more than 300 patrons. There’s an Imax dome, a 3D digital screen and digital full dome projections, often of an astronomical nature. Lie back and be transported to another dimension. All these dramatic features have earned nicknames such as the Eye of Knowledge and the Planetarium. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and in the case of L'Hemisfèric, it truly is a sight to behold.  The Imax dome serves as the ‘pupil’ of the eye and the ‘eyelid’ opens and closes by means of hydraulic lifts, which operate the steel and glass shutter. The building itself is surrounded by a massive pond, the bottom of which is glass, creating the illusion of the eye as a whole. The interior boasts a delightful little effect that allows you and a friend to stand at two opposite pillars inside the eye that allow you to talk with each other as if you were side by side.

The colorful Caribbean coral reef is home to sea turtles, eels and hundreds of tropical fishes of all sizes. Watch ​ California sea lions​ ​ dart through the water and limber Northern fur seals​ ​ frolic in this beautiful open­air exhibit space, and find out about the challenges marine mammals face in the wild! ​ THE LARGEST SHARK AND RAY TOUCH TANK ON THE EAST COAST The Trust Family Foundation Shark and Ray Touch Tank features sharks and rays in a mangroved - themed tank surrounded by shallow edges and viewing windows, allowing visitors to experience a close encounter with these animals. Visitors to this exhibit can reach out and gently touch the backs of cownose rays. Atlantic rays and sharks as they swim gracefully through the crystal-clear water. The exhibit presents these incredible species in a way that highlights their importance in a healthy ocean ecosystem. It also emphasizes the valued of conserving essential coastal habitats, such as mangroves and lagoons. ATLANTIC HARBOR SEALS Visitors can enjoy the Atlantic harbor seals in their exhibit on the Aquarium plaza before buying admission tickets. Watch the seals swim, play and rest. Learn more about them and see some expert behaviors as they work with trainers during free training sessions throughout the day. BLUE PLANET ACTION CENTER This exhibit is part of the Aquarium’s recent top­-to-bottom, 21st century transformation. The exhibit area presents the serious challenges facing the oceans and showcases the Aquarium's global leadership in searching for solutions with a combination of interactive displays, interpretive presentations and small live animal exhibits. Step inside Abaco Mansion and go back in time to colonial Tenerife. This museum is located in a historic hacienda that is steeped in the fascinating and at times tragic history of the island. Visiting the luxurious mansion and its beautifully landscaped grounds on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz will give you an insight into the lives of the descendants of the conquistadors who overthrew the native Guanches and enslaved them to work on their estates. The current mansion, which was built in the 18th century by the Benitez de Lugo family, has passed through many hands since then, including an English family during Victorian times and a Czechoslovakian World War II hero. You will see the opulence in which the island’s nobility lived: immaculately preserved antiques blend in seamlessly with traditional Canarian décor. The tenor of the original construction has been respected throughout though it has been equipped with contemporary amenities and services. We also get the chance to witness vultures in their natural habitat. These mountains are home to the largest colony of Griffon vultures in Spain. Once in Grazalema, there will be time to have a nice meal, surrounded by the pittoresque white houses decorated with colorful flowers. After lunch we will leave Grazalema and head to Ronda, on the way we will cross a very beautiful mediterranean forest full of cork trees and oaks. Where upto this day locals still work with its cattle (iberian pigs, goats and cows), to extract honey, cork, aromatic spices or wood. After an exciting morning, we will reach Ronda, one of the oldest towns in Spain. Ronda its unique for its surrounding nature and history. It is built on two separate cliffs. The town is connected by the most famous bridge in Spain, known as “The New Bridge” even though it was built in 18th century. In Ronda our tour guide take you around the city and tell you about the rich history city holds.
