Union's StrongBOLT 3 Lever Mortice Sashlocks feature an innovative, easily reversible radius latch that uses the Union SwitchLatch technology, meaning that no tools are required. This is both simple to use and time-saving. An anti-rattle adjustable strike allows on-site fine tuning. The sashlocks have a plastic splinter guard and a radius inner forend for ease of installation. They can be installed in the many UK mortices without the need for additional carpentry or spoiling the edge of the door. The chamfered bolt design increases the performance of the lock under side load testing and also makes drilling attack more difficult. Anti-pick and keyhole protection prevents forced entry by picking, and the hardened steel pins provide resistance to attack from sawing. The deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by the key from either side.
