Dieser spontan vergorene Riesling wirkt im Aroma sehr kompakt. Es finden sich reife Ananas, Weinbergspfirsich und Zitrusnoten in der Nase. Am Gaumen setzt sich das Aroma fort, unterstützt durch eine straffe Säure, die den Riesling sehr frisch wirken lässt. Er verfügt über einen kernigen, anhaltenden Körper und viel Spiel. Passt zu leichten Gerichten, gedünstetem See- und Süsswasserfisch, gekochtem Fleisch mit hellen Saucen.
