At Healesville Sanctuary you’ll meet Australia’s native animals including koalas, kangaroos, monitor lizards and dingos. Then head to the Puffing Billy Steam Train for a ride through the rainforest on the century-old steam train. After pickup from the centrally located meeting point on Flinders Street in Melbourne, travel by comfortable modern mini-buses about one hour through the Dandenong Ranges, known for cool-climate rainforest and extensive Eucalyptus forests. First you’ll visit the Healesville Sanctuary, one of the best places in Victoria to see and interact with native Australian wildlife. You’ll walk through a stunning bushland setting where you can see wombats, birds of prey, platypus, wallabies and other amazing animals that are native to Australia. Once you have enjoyed all Healesville Sanctuary has to offer, you’ll reboard your mini-bus and head to the Puffing Billy Steam Train in Belgrave. Climb aboard the century-old steam train, maintained in mint condition by dedicated volunteers. The Puffing Billy still runs on its own mountain track between Belgrave and Gembrook, through the heart of the rainforest. Travel back in time as you chug through the gorgeous Sherbrooke Forest waving at friendly bystanders as you go. In the late afternoon you’ll be returned to 570 Flinders Street in Melbourne where your tour ends.

The Plaza’s Oak Room Bar set the stage Hitchcock’s North by Northwest and was featured in the last season of Mad Men. Out front is the beautiful Pulitzer Fountain that was replicated in the opening credits of Friends and where Blair and Serena danced on Gossip Girl.  Upper East Side & Fabulous Fifth Avenue Check out the famous locations from New York City’s funniest sitcoms on the exclusive Upper East Side. See Barney’s, where Elaine from Seinfeld buys a dress, only to realize it looks horrible on her. Then see the Pierre Hotel where Monica and Chandler tie the knot in Friends. Continue your adventure and you’ll see the famous Fifth Ave stores that have been used in a number of films. Pass by FAO Schwarz, most famous for it’s role in the movie BIG, and see Tiffany & Co., which was featured on screen in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Glee and New Years Eve. Flatiron District and Washington Square Park The journey continues as you approach the Flatiron Building, which you’ll recognize from Spider-Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the scene from The Other Guys when Samuel L. Jackson and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson leap from the top. Across the street is Madison Square Park, where Ron Burgundy fights the ultimate battle of the news teams in Anchorman 2. You may also recognize this park from I am Legend, The Adjustment Bureau and Something Borrowed Our first stop on the tour is one of New York’s most famous landmarks, Washington Square Park.  It’s here where Glee, The Mindy Project, Don Jon, Blue Bloods and countless other movies and TV shows filmed. Around the corner you can spot the Comedy Cellar where Louie performs in Louie and the McDonald’s where Julian demands breakfast in Big Daddy. Tribeca The Tribeca area is famous for it’s annual film festival founded by Robert De Niro but is also a great location for filming. Your tour guide will escort you for a photo-op at the FDNY Hook & Ladder 8, known as the Ghostbusters’ Firehouse, also seen in Hitch and Seinfeld. Greenwich Village, the Meatpacking District In Greenwich Village your guide will lead you off the grid, literally into the maze of one hundred year old townhouses and cobblestone streets. You’ll appear in a familiar place, the perfect photo-op outside the apartment building that was home to Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Rachel from Friends. In the Meatpacking District, you’ll see the Standard Hotel which houses the Boom Boom Room, that you’ll recognize from Gossip Girl and The High Line, one of New York’s newest parks featured in Hitch, GIRLS, and The Mysteries of Laura. Hovering high above is The Highline Hotel, whose grounds were often featured as fictional “Hudson University” in Law and Order SVU. Coyote has lots of misconceptions about our world, the universe, and well… just about everything. Coyote’s humorous mistaken ideas about the universe help the audience understand how the Earth, Moon, and Sun work together as a great big system. Undiscovered Worlds -  WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER Until very recently, the only planets known to us were the familiar worlds in orbit around our Sun. In the last two decades we have confirmed more than 1500 new planets, called exoplanets, orbiting other stars; thousands more are awaiting study. Undiscovered Worlds tells the tale surrounding this explosion of discovery and examines what will be required to determine which, if any, of these new exoplanets can support life. Voice your opinion about Pluto alongside skeptics and space enthusiasts through an interactive voting poll in real time. Explore artifacts from the Adler collections that illustrate the ever-evolving definition of a planet. This temporary exhibition, which is included with general admission, will be open to the public from March 19, 2016 through January 8, 2017. Mission Moon -  WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER Mission Moon invites you to experience America’s first steps into space through the eyes of NASA’s Captain James A. Lovell Jr. and his family. You’ll find out how the United States became the first nation to put a man on the Moon, what it’s really like to be an astronaut, and why it takes a team to explore uncharted worlds. Community Design Lab -  In the Community Design Lab (CDL), you can test different materials to find out which ones will survive the journey to 100,000 feet above the Earth’s surface. Your discoveries may find their way into a future flight with Far Horizons, the Adler’s high-altitude ballooning program! If you could photograph an object in space, what would it be, and who would you share it with? In the CDL, you can build a DIY telescope-mount for your smartphone and become an instant astrophotographer! Test it out on one of our ’scopes and share your photos on social media. Our Solar System -  WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER Our Solar System is much more than a star and eight planets; it is home to a set of diverse and amazing objects that we are only beginning to understand. In Telescopes: Through the Looking Glass, you’ll find extraordinary beauty and technology in some of the world’s most important telescopes and learn how these clever light-catching devices helped us discover our Universe. Clark Family Gallery  WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER This futuristic, constantly changing environment features a one-of-a-kind architecture with vibrant lighting and video presentations. It was created using approximately 13,000 linear feet of aluminum tubing and 20,000 square yards of fabric. The gallery also has 125 LED lights, each capable of producing sixteen million different colors and over two billion different lighting combinations. Astronomy in Culture -  WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER Go back in time and learn about some of the people and societies who have challenged themselves to understand our place in the Universe. This exhibition features spectacular astrolabes, armillary spheres, and sundials to illustrate the medieval European and Middle Eastern conception of the Universe. Visit our medieval classroom to find out how much different school was back then. Learn how to use early astronomy tools including astrolabes and sundials. Atwood Sphere -  WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER Experience the night sky over Chicago as it appeared in 1913 in the Atwood Sphere – Chicago’s oldest planetarium. Although the star positions have not changed since then, we can see only a small percentage of these stars in our current night sky due to light pollution. The sphere is seventeen feet in diameter and has 692 holes drilled through its metal surface. These holes allow light to enter and show the positions of the brightest stars in the night sky. Your helicopter flight experience begins with a greeting and check-in from friendly operations staff, followed by a thorough safety briefing in the comfort of the modern and spacious guest lounge. After the safety briefing, we will head out to the helicopter and use your own camera for some photos in front of your helicopter before boarding. Cameras and video recorders can be taken with you on the helicopter for more fantastic memories of your flight over picturesque Sydney Harbour and beyond. Upon take-off enjoy full panoramic views of the Sydney skyline, Pacific Ocean and the historic port of Botany Bay. Within minutes of departure your experienced and skilled pilot will have you above the glistening waters of Maroubra Beach and tracking north along the coast at 500 feet. You will contour fly the picturesque coastline of the Eastern Suburbs beaches including Coogee, Clovelly and also the world famous Bondi Beach, the aquamarine waters sparkling against the Sydney sun. Admire the spectacular houses of Dover Heights and Vaucluse perched on the chiselled sandstone cliffs as you continue northbound to Sydney Heads. From the entrance to Sydney Harbour your flight path will continue north passing the golden sands of Manly and Curl Curl Beaches en route to Dee Why and Long Reef. Your experienced pilot will guide your helicopter towards the yacht filled waters of Middle Harbour, as you look down at the traffic crawling along the Spit Bridge and then onwards into the awe inspiring Sydney Harbour giving you a view of icons such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House, Taronga Zoo, Watsons Bay, Rose Bay, Manly Beach and Sydney’s most exclusive real estate addresses. Looking towards the horizon you can see the rest of Sydney stretching out towards the Sydney Olympic site and further afield to the foothills of the world renowned Blue Mountains. As you start your return journey to the heliport you will fly past some of Sydney’s great sporting arenas including the Sydney Football Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground, as well as Randwick Racecourse.
