No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee. Do I need to choose my attractions in advance? Nope, choose as you go. The pass is good for any combination of the number of attractions you purchased. My child is under 3 years old. Can I get them a Miami & The Keys Explorer Pass? Child Passes are recommended for children ages 3-12. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please consult the attraction websites for more details. How will I get my pass? When your order is complete you will receive an email with printable and Smartphone version of your pass. There is nothing to Redeem, you can go right to first attraction you want to visit and start using your card immediately. How do I activate my pass? Easy: simply visit your first attraction! Is the pass valid all day? You bet! Feel free to visit the attractions any time of the day as long as they are open or operating. How much will I save? Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions you want to visit to see how much you can save. Many customers save 40%. We give you the flexibility to create your own itinerary and choose the attractions you want to visit depending on your interests. Can I visit an attraction more than once? No. Your pass includes only one visit per attraction. Does a Miami & The Keys Explorer Pass expire? Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions? Attractions that require a reservation will display a symbol on the guidebook page.  Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation. What’s the catch? There’s no catch. Miami & The Keys Explorer Pass has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Miami & The Keys as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money. Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it? No. The Miami & The Keys Explorer Pass is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold. What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem? While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Miami & The Keys Explorer Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

This is the text for the Frequently Asked Questions that applies to this specific tour. QUESTION: ARE THE EIFFEL TOWER TOURS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? Wheelchairs are able to visit the 1st and 2nd levels of the Tower, but unfortunately not the top level. QUESTION: HOW MANY MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME SHOULD I MEET?  We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Due to the exclusive and timed nature of our entries, it's imperative that all guests arrive on time. We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests who are running late, or catching them up after the fact.  QUESTION: WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT? Please do NOT go to the Eiffel Tower, your tour does NOT meet there. Your tour meeting point depends on the date of your tour. You will meet at our new Easy Pass Tours Office at 36, Avenue de la Bourdonnais (7th District). Our office is about a three-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. QUESTION: WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET TO THE MEETING POINT BY MÉTRO OR RER? It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the closest Métro (École Militaire, line 8) or RER station (Pont de l'Alma, line C) to the tour meeting point. QUESTION: WHAT IS THE NUMBER TO CALL IF I AM LOST, AND TRYING TO FIND THE MEETING POINT?? If you are having problems finding the meeting location for your tour, please call their staff they  will be happy to help you find your way. ( All infor on your voucher) QUESTION: HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY TOUR GROUP? For the Eiffel Tower Tours, we limit the group size to 20 guests per tour guide. The Entrance Only activity doesn't include a tour guide, but you will enter the Tower with others at a predetermined time slot.  

THE DOWNTOWN LOOP  The Downtown Loop is the best way to explore Lower Manhattan including popular neighborhoods such as the Flatiron District, Union Square, Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho & NoHo, Greenwich Village & the East Village, Chelsea and the Financial District. Wander around Wall St. to see the infamous Stock Exchange and charging bull, eat your way through Little Italy and Chinatown then shop till you drop at all the high end or boutique stores SoHo is famous for!  You’ll also find the Brooklyn Bridge and access to our Brooklyn Loopand sightseeing cruise on the Downtown Loop. Duration: 2.5 Hours  Operates: Summer Hours 08:00 –18:00 (8:00am –6:00pm) Winter Hours until 17:00 (5:00pm)  Frequency: every 15-20 minutes   THE UPTOWN LOOP The Uptown Loop takes you fromMidtown, up around Central Park and through cultural Harlem.  Home to some of New York’s most popular Museums, the Upper East & West Side are where you can go to get lostin history and the arts exploring the American Museum of Natural History, the Museum of the City of New York, the Guggenheim and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.  Take in a Jazz or Gospel performance up in Harlem and discover the largest Anglican Church in the world, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Duration: 2 Hours  Operates: Summer Hours 09:00 –18:00 (9:00am –6:00pm) Winter Hours until 17:00 (5:00pm) Frequency: every 20-25minutes ​ THE MIDTOWN LOOP  The Midtown Loop connects East to West helping you to discover Hell’s Kitchen, the United Nations, Grand Central Terminal and the Hudson River at Pier 84. Enjoy exclusive shopping with huge brands like Saks, Tiffany & Co, Cartier along 5thAvenue and tour historic Rockefeller Center with its Art Decobuildings and home to NBC’s Today Show.   Duration: 1.5 Hours Operates: 08:30-17:00 (8:30am-5:00pm) Frequency: every 30 minutes THE BROOKLYN TOUR Brooklyn is the most populated borough of New York, featuring 350 years of history and an incredible collection of celebrities, artists, landmarks and culture. Discover Brooklyn as you make your way across the historic Manhattan Bridge while taking in spectacular views of downtown Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.Enjoy the sights of downtown Brooklyn as you pass by the Barclay Center and the Grand Army Plaza. Duration: 1.5 Hours Operates: 10:00 –15:00  Frequency: every hour PANORAMIC NIGHT TOUR Enjoy a panoramic view of the city the never sleeps!  See its beautiful lights as you tour through Times Square and catch a breathtaking view of lower Manhattan as you cross over the Manhattan Bridge. Finish the tour with views of the famous Radio City Music Hall, home to the Christmas Spectacular Rockettes. Exposiciones Shark Channel – Cuando Miami Seaquarium® abrió por primera vez en 1955, una de las principales atracciones fue el túnel de los tiburones. Hoy en día, los visitantes aún quedan sorprendidos por estas temibles criaturas. En la actividad, los cuidadores de los animales les alimentan mientras explican las diferentes variedades de tiburones que existen en el mundo. Arrecife Tropical – Uno de los favoritos entre los visitantes del parque, el arrecife principal del acuario cuenta con 2.839 m³ llenos de peces de todos los tamaños y colores. Durante la presentación del arrecife, un grupo de participantes del Sea Trek irá acompañado por un buzo y realizarán una visita por al acuario que permitirá que los participantes alimenten los peces tropicales, los meros, las rayas y las morenas. Presentación acompañada de una narración informativa. Manatíes – En la exposición de los manatíes, los clientes podrán encontrarse cara a cara con los mamíferos del estado de Florida a través de piscinas y zonas submarinas. Durante la presentación tendrá la oportunidad de aprender obre estos fascinantes animales en peligro de extinción, y conocerá de qué maneras puede ayudar a salvar estas criaturas marinas. Los manatíes de las instalaciones forman parte del programa de rescate y rehabilitación de Miami Seaquarium®. Foca & Leones Marinos - La piscina para alimentar a los animales se encuentra adyacente a The Golden Dome, un lugar de referencia en Miami diseñado por el arquitecto Buckminster Fuller. Está exposición está compuesta por 32 toneladas de piedras, 72 toneladas de arena de la playa, cocos y palmeras. Los cocodrilos miden aproximadamente de 1 a 3 metros, y cuando acaban de crecer, pueden llegar a los 5 metros y pesar 500 kg. Su principal dieta está formada por pollo, pescado y conejo. Stingray Exhibit – Conozca a las últimas criaturas que han llegado a Miami Seaquarium®, rayas del sur y rayas nariz de vaca que han establecido como su nueva residencia la nueva piscina de 38 m³ situada en la zona de Tropical Wings. Allí tendrá la posibilidad de alimentar a los animales. Las sesiones para su alimentación se realizan a diario y ofrecen la oportunidad de alimentar a alguna criatura marina. Sharky's Sky Trail - Sharky’s Sky Trail es una carrera de obstáculos con varios niveles que proporcionan una experiencia desafiante y divertida para toda la familia. Los visitantes tendrán la posibilidad de escalar 3 pisos para hacer frente a los retos que incluyen 18 puentes y puentes suspendidos, y otros obstáculos. Salty's Pirate Playground – Cierre las escotillas y camine por la zona de juegos piratas. La atracción consiste en un barco pirata de dos plantas situado en el centro de una fosa llena de tiburones. Golden Dome Sea Lion – Disfrute de las aventuras de los leones marinos. Este pequeño espectáculo cómico de leones marinos y focas muestra sus habilidades atléticas. Flipper Dolphin Show – El Nuevo espectáculo temático del Caribe, inspirado en el delfín Flipper. También se mostrará un seguido de imágenes sobre la película original al entrar al estadio. Orcas & Delfines – Solo existe un lugar en el que encontrará delfines blancos jugando y haciendo exhibiciones junto a una orca.
