The private house offers a place to relax with its own private balcony overlooking the park. Each villa has a jacuzzi on the terrace, sun-beds, a solarium, a shower, towels, fan, sofa and TV. Also included is a fully stocked mini bar with soft drinks, beer and snacks. The private house offers excellent value for money and need to be booked well in advance. With fantastic views over the water park, the house provides a private place to relax in your own hammocks. Your ticket includes food, drinks, snacks and fast track entrance to the park plus fast track to the attractions. This has to be the best way to enjoy a VIP experience! The equipment recap and skills overview session provides riders with a quick overview of the scooter controls, knowledge, and experience needed to safely operate the Scooters. The Blue Mountains tour will begin from the comforts of our modern guest lounge. Before taking off on your helicopter flight experience, you will be greeted and checked-in by our expert operations staff. Following this, a proper safety briefing will be conducted between the pilot and passengers inside the spacious lounge area. Once the safety briefing is complete, we will head out to the helicopter giving you the chance to use your own camera for some photos before boarding and flying. You can stand in front of the helicopter, or pose on the side – just have some fun and make use of this great photo opportunity! Cameras and video recorders are more than welcome to be taken aboard on the flight, as you can capture more fantastic memories as we fly over picturesque Sydney Harbour and beyond. Upon the take-off of the helicopter for the Blue Mountains tour, you can enjoy the best of Sydney with full panoramic views of the skyline, Pacific Ocean and the widely renowned port of Botany Bay. Further along, our pilot will have you flying above the glistening waters of Maroubra Beach and going north-wards along the coast at 500 feet. You will contour fly the picturesque coastline of the Eastern Suburbs beaches including Coogee, Clovelly and also the world famous Bondi Beach, the aquamarine waters sparkling against the Sydney sun. You won’t be able to stop admiring the spectacular houses in Ben Buckler and Vaucluse, where they are perched on chiselled sandstone cliffs as the flight continues northbound to Sydney Harbour Heads. Entering Sydney Harbour, you will fly past the Sydney Opera House on descent for the southern pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, flanked by the skyscrapers of North Sydney on the right and the Circular Quay/Sydney CBD on the left you will track the Parramatta River at 500 feet before coming to the Parramatta CBD, the geographical centre of Sydney. Your pilot will set course to the West as you slowly start to climb in elevation, the Blue Mountains in all their glory are ahead to greet you and uncover some of their visual secrets that you can only ever appreciate from the air. You will see the famous Three Sisters and the unforgiving sandstone cliff faces that encompass the Jamison Valley. See the cascading Wentworth Falls as their crystal clear waters drop into the abyss before coming to a gentle end at the sandstone valley floor. The uniquely Australian eucalyptus forests stretch forever as you head South to Sydney’s water catchment area, the Warragamba Dam. It is truly amazing that you can go from Australia’s largest city to an area so remote that only seeing is believing. Returning via Sydney’s South Western suburbs and the Sydney Olympic Site this amazing flight is bound to exceed even the highest expectations. Don’t miss the Great Equatorial Telescope, located in the huge iconic onion dome, which gave astronomers new views of the universe over 100 years ago. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Maritime Greenwich, the National Maritime Museum and the Queen’s House are both located within a short walking distance from the Observatory and are free to visit. A 48,000-gallon aquarium will give visitors of being in the Amazon as the water rises above head level. Surrounded by the Village Plaza, there are three areas: the Cloud Forest, Amazon Forest, and Atlantic Forest that house more than 600 animals from the region. Throughout the forests, children can have fun in animal-inspired playgrounds and the Fiesta Children’s Fountain, a fun area that shoots out water from a motion-sensor grid. ASIA Hear the exotic sounds of wild Asia as you enter Asian River Life and encounter the small-clawed river otters, clouded leopards, and Asian water monitors. These ancient beasts, the national treasure of Indonesia, reach nearly 10 feet in length and weigh up to 300 pounds. THE AMERICAN BANKERS FAMILY AVIARY, WINGS OF ASIA Proclaimed a "best bet" by Sky Magazine and "unrivaled" by American Way Magazine, the American Bankers Family Aviary, Wings of Asia, the largest Asian-themed aviary in the Western hemisphere houses exotic, rare and endangered Asian birds representing about 85 species of more than 350 birds, including brilliantly colored pheasants, hornbills and pigeons, who show off their shimmering, iridescent plumage in a large, lush free-flight enclosure that provides the birds unencumbered flight. Tiny and large birds swoop overhead, perch on branches and even strut and stroll right by the visitor. Aquatic birds can be observed swimming above and below water from the air-conditioned Observation Center, and from behind two waterfalls from the Potamkin Conservation Center. The air is alive with beautiful bird songs, trickling brooks and five waterfalls. The Avian Dinosaur Connection Did you know that Tyrannosaurus Rex is a relative of the tiny mandarin duck? It is believed that dinosaurs became extinct some 65 million years ago. Although the magnificent T-Rex and agile velociraptor are no longer roaming our planet, many scientists believe there is one lineage of dinosaur thriving today. We call them birds. Visitors are encouraged to learn about the similarities and relationships between birds and dinosaurs in the pre-flight area in the Wings of Asia Temple Building. AFRICA Embark upon an African safari to observe gerenuk, pygmy hippos, giant eland, and Greater kudu. A beautifully landscaped plaza that comes to life with large sculptures of animals from river habitats around the world surrounds the museum. THE CHILDREN’S ZOO The Children’s Zoo is home to Humpy’s Camel Rides, which allow zoo visitors to sit high atop a graceful camel. Riders experience the traditional form of transportation used by the desert people of Africa and Asia for thousands of years. The South African meerkats are a show all unto themselves, and visitors can get a fun-filled, close-up view as these animals dig their tunnels, stand sentry and frolic together. Beautiful butterflies busily pollinate the flowers and shade trees in the Butterfly Garden where you can observe the stages of development in the life of a butterfly. Kids of all ages enjoy the Wildlife Conservation Carousel with 30 handcrafted replicas of endangered animals. Animal Tales shows feature local and exotic wildlife. And the Wacky Barn, allows guests to pet and feed sheep, miniature horses, goats, alpaca, and many more farm animals. Zoo Miami’s upcoming Florida: Mission Everglades exhibit will showcase some of our state’s most amazing and treasured natural wonders to our more than one million yearly visitors. Opening in 2016, Florida: Mission Everglades will immerse visitors in native Florida ecosystems including the Everglades, pine rock lands and coastal habitats. Signature Florida species represented may include the Florida panther, flamingos, wood storks, bald eagle, herons, pelicans, black bear, crocodiles, alligators, bay and coastal fishes, and all five of Florida’s native venomous snakes.
