Die Ansteuerung erfolgt per DMX mit 6, 9 oder 15 Kanälen, die CLMPAR 2 ist dazu mit dreipoligen Ein- und Ausgängen ausgestattet. Alternativ kann die CLMPAR 2 auch mit einem optionalen Controller angesteuert werden, dazu erfolgt die Verbindung über das dazugehörige, fünfpolige Kabel. Über vier solide Fußtaster hat man so Zugriff auf alle wichtigen Parameter für die Show. Selbstverständlich funktioniert die CLMPAR 2 auch im Standalone Modus, ein Mikrofon für Sound Control ist in der Bar integriert. Ein 4-fach Fußcontroller ist optional erhältlich.
