Departing Sydney Airport your professional pilot will have you over Sydney Harbour flying past icons such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, before heading West past the 2000 Olympic Site and continuing towards the Warragamba Dam and then into the Jamison Valley. You will fly over the Blue Mountains most spectacular land mark 'The Three Sisters', before landing at the doorstep of Scenic World where you will be able walk amongst the Jurassic rainforest and experience the railway with the steepest incline in the world. Overlooking the magnificent Jamison Valley and Three Sisters, enjoy a choice of 3 cuisines a-la-carte before you ride the steepest incline railway in the world. The 415m descent will take you through a cliff side tunnel down into an ancient rainforest. From here, you are free to explore the Scenic Walkway which has over 2.8kms of boardwalk and take the time to look around and find some fascinating facts about the local flora and history of the valley. At the end of your walk you will be at the Scenic Cableway platform which takes you on a 545 metre ride out of the World Heritage listed rainforest of the Jamison Valley and back up to Scenic World. There is simply no better way to see both the Blue Mountains and the sights of Sydney.

The Beast operates every hour on the hour from 10.00 - 18.00 out of Pier 83 at 42nd Street and 12th Avenue. Throughout the ride, the captain and crew keep the passengers excited with upbeat rock and roll music and New York-style humor. They’ll have the whole family laughing and screaming with rollercoaster-like twists and turns, pulsating music and a touch of comedy, squirting the kids just for fun. We'll leave the hotel at around 09:30 and head for the fascinating Tzotzil Maya settlement of San Juan Chamula, famous for its unique religious practices blending Catholic and Maya beliefs. During our tour, we'll learn about the culture and traditions of this remarkable community. We visit first their atmospheric cemetery with its Maya crosses spread out across a hill. And from there we'll wander through the village to the main church of the community. Our next stop, San Lorenzo Zinacatan, is another Tzotzil-speaking community. This is one of the most colourful communities in the highlands, and this can be seen in the brilliant red, blue and purple clothing embroidered with large flowers worn by the local people. We'll visit the main church of the community and we'll also meet local people with the chance to buy some of their beautiful work. hen on the way back we we will go on a guided tour of the beautiful colonial city of San Cristobal de las Casas before arriving back at our hotel at around 14:30.
