Women have shaped every aspect of the city's growth since before it was founded.  This tour ​explores the pivotal role women have played in the development of NYC and tells the hidden stories of the female pioneers whose contributions made this city into a great metropolis.  We begin with the story of the matriarchs of the Lenape Indians, the original Native American inhabitants. We then tell the stories of women trailblazers including the only women to start a village in colonial America, the first woman to be injured in fighting during the Revolutionary war, enslaved women, woman suffragist, Wall Street pioneers, religious leaders, ground breaking writers, social justice crusaders, philanthropists, and 9/11 heroes.

Flight Path You will fly over some exquisite landscapes on your journey to Milford Sound. Depending on the flight route for the day, your sights may include; Skippers Canyon, Glenorchy, Mt Earnslaw, Mt Tutoko, Milford Sound, Mitre Peak, Arthur Valley, Sutherland Falls, the Milford Track, Lake Te Anau, Eglinton Valley, Greenstone Valley and Lake Wakatipu. Cruise Route Depart from the Milford Sound Wharf and make your way out past the iconic Mitre Peak. Cruise the length of the fiord while listening to informative commentary from our skipper who will highlight points of interest along the way including the mighty Bowen Falls, Lion Mountain, Copper Point, Seal Rock and Stirling Falls. Travel through Mojave Desert past Joshua Tree Forest to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon At Grand Canyon West Rim Terminal. Clients board helicopter for a descent to the canyon floor. (5-8 minutes each way) Take a hike to the base of the river to board a pontoon boat. Enjoy a one-mile float trip on the Colorado River (Approx 15-20 minutes) Clients are returned to the rim by helicopter and will board a motor coach for stops along rim See an old western town at the Hualapai Ranch and watch gunfights and participate in cowboy activities Walk along the rim starting at Eagle Point.
