As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted). Unfortunately, dogs (except assistance dogs) are not permitted in the visitor centre or distillery. Minimum drinking age 18 years.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note some walking is required on the tour including some uneven surfaces and stairs (Full accessibility statement available). Since 1898 the stills at the Aberfeldy Distillery have produced the beautifully balanced single malt at the heart of Dewar’s Scotch. Distillery tours take place throughout the day, and include a chance to visit the warehouse to learn more about the angels’ share and Dewar’s unreasonable commitment to quality - double aging the whisky for a richer smoother flavour. Take time to explore the heritage centre and enjoy a dram in the whisky lounge (over 18s only!).

Präsentiert sich in einem hellen Goldgelb im Glas. In der Nase mit dominanten Aromen von Aprikose und einer Spur Aprikosenmarmelade. Im Gaumen ist er sehr üppig und rund mit Noten von Mirabelle und wiederrum Aprikose. Im Abgang herrlich mineralisch. Passt zu: Salaten, Vorspeisen, firschem Ziegenkäse und Desserts.

Klares Strohgelb mit grünen Reflexen. In der Nase Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, Äpfeln, Blüten und Feuerstein. Am Gaumen klar und mineralisch, gut eingebundene, vielschichtig mit langem Abgang. Ein klassischer Chablis mit Finesse und Eleganz. Passt zu: gebeiztem Lachs, Meeresfrüchten, gegrilltem Fisch und edlem Ziegenkäse.

Dezentes Lachsrosa. In der Nase treffen saftig fruchtige Aromen reifer roter Beeren auf eine dezente und elegant eingebundene Würze. Die Perlage ist wunderbar feinperlig und animierend. Am Gaumen dominieren beidem Bellavista Rose die fruchtigen Aromen und eine ganz dezente absolut wunderbar eingebundene Fruchtsüsse. Harmonisch und sehr finessenreich Passt zu Edelfischen, beispielsweise Seeteufel, mit heller, dezent würziger Sauce.
