Kräftiges Granatrot. Fruchtig elegante Noten werden gekonnt von würzigen Röstaromen, mit einem Hauch Vanille, untermalt. Im Mund wird das Spiel mit Frucht und Würze fortgesetzt, gut strukturiert mit santen, süsslichen Tanninen. Passt zu: würzigem Fleisch, wie z.B. von einem argentinischen Asssardo oder Schmorgerichten.
