Der Cipresseto zeigt sich in einem zarten, eleganten Pinkton. Sein feines, intensives Bouquet erinnert an Pfirsiche und weisse Blüten. Am Gaumen ist er wohl ausgewogen und zugänglich und ruft im Finish erneut die blumig-fruchtigen Duftnoten in Erinnerung. Passt zu: Pasta mit Tomaten, Pizza und würzigem Fleisch.

Reife Pfirsiche, saftige Äpfel und wilde Blumen lässt das Boquet des Pinot Bianco erkennen und eint diese floralen und fruchtigen Noten zu einer ganz besonderen Komposition. Fleischig, vollmundig und gleichermassen frisch ist der Geschmack, bemerkenswert das lange Finale.
