Blasses glänzendes Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Im Bouquet verschmelzen intensive Aromen von saftigen Zitrusfrüchten mit den für Elqui-Sauvignon typischen, leicht pikanten Noten von gelber Paprika und einem Hauch Chili. Am Gaumen sehr frisch, vielschichtig und lebendig, mit rassiger Säure, klarer Mineralität und langem fruchtig aromatischen Finale. Passt zu: Austern, frischen und gegrillten Meeresfrüchten, pochiertem Fisch mit Zitrone oder Ziegenkäse.

Die getrennte Gärung der drei Rebsorten im Stahltank dauerte zwei Wochen bei gleichmässiger Temperatur. Die Assemblage erfolgte im Frühling nach der Ernte. Danach lagerte der Wein 18 Monate im Barrique und 6 Monate auf der Flasche. Die Langlebigkeit und Komplexität des Nebbiolo vereint sich in diesem Wein mit der Eleganz und Geschmeidigkeit des Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon. Dieser trockene Rotwein besitzt ein feines, reintöniges Bouquet, vollgepackt mit roten Beeren, einen elegant fruchtigen Geschmack und einen kräftigen Körper mit einem fruchtbetonten Finish. Diese Cuvee passt während der nächsten 5-7 Jahre hervorragend zu edlem Wildgeflügel wie Fasan oder Perlhuhn.
