Will I still need to buy tickets? No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee. How does the Premium Attraction choice work? You may choose one Premium Attraction as one of your San Antonio Explorer Pass attraction choices. So, if you purchased a 3-Choice San Antonio Explorer Pass, you may visit your choice of one Premium Attraction, plus, any two additional non-premium attractions. Where do I pick up my Rio San Antonio Cruise Ticket? Passengers must pick up their River Cruise ticket (by 4:55pm) prior to boarding at: San Antonio Visitor Center, 216 E Crockett Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. Do I need to choose my attractions in advance? Nope, choose as you go. The pass is good for any combination of the number of attractions you purchased. My child is under 3 years old. Can I get them a San Antonio Explorer Pass? Child Passes are recommended for children ages 3-11. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please consult the attraction websites for more details. How do I activate my pass? Easy: simply visit your first attraction! Is the pass valid all day? You bet! Feel free to visit the attractions any time of the day as long as they are open or operating. What is your refund policy? Step inside Abaco Mansion and go back in time to colonial Tenerife. This museum is located in a historic hacienda that is steeped in the fascinating and at times tragic history of the island. Visiting the luxurious mansion and its beautifully landscaped grounds on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz will give you an insight into the lives of the descendants of the conquistadors who overthrew the native Guanches and enslaved them to work on their estates. The current mansion, which was built in the 18th century by the Benitez de Lugo family, has passed through many hands since then, including an English family during Victorian times and a Czechoslovakian World War II hero. You will see the opulence in which the island’s nobility lived: immaculately preserved antiques blend in seamlessly with traditional Canarian décor. The tenor of the original construction has been respected throughout though it has been equipped with contemporary amenities and services. As a living museum, it retains an emblematic style and is preserved by the local authorities as a Building of Cultural Interest Abaco is a relaxing way to learn about Tenerife’s past and to travel through the centuries. As well as the museum, there are performances of Canarian folklore.

Our experienced captains have a knack for being able to pick out alligators, eagles, and other wildlife that build their homes in the waterways near Wild Florida. Each time you head out onto the water, you’ll see and experience something different. For variety, you can choose from a half-hour, hour, private, or night-time adventure. We get asked a lot about bringing young children on our airboats. Children under 3 are free, and the steady vibrations and fresh air often puts them right to sleep! Safety is our top priority on our airboat rides. We provide life jackets and ear protection for each guest on our voyages out into the Florida Everglades.  We are committed to the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, staff, and animals. No job is so important and no service is so urgent that we cannot take time to perform our work safely to prevent accidents or  injuries to our guests and animals. Here are a few safety points and plans for our guests and animals. Airboat Operations Wild Florida has a great reputation when it comes to our airboat tours. We have never had an accident and plan to keep it that way. Our vessels are U.S. Coast Guard approved and inspected on an annual basis. On the vessels are life preservers for each guest, fire extinguishers, a flare gun, and a throw ring if necessary. In case of an emergency, we have an accident plan We have an incident report if needed Our loading dock is ADA Compliant There is always a way to communicate to home base and/or 911 anywhere on site or while out on an airboat tour   Gator and Wildlife Park Safety In case of a snake bite, we have a snake bite protocol. Our animals are checked regularly by a veterinarian. We have a veterinarian on call at all times. We have an accident plan for emergencies. In our Gator and Wildlife Park, we have over 200 animals on display, including zebras, sloths, lemurs, bobcats, and other exotic species. We have a walk-in bird aviary with ducks, parrots and other birds from all over the world. Our animal keepers are very knowledgeable about the habits and history of the animals in our Gator and Wildlife Park. You can even fulfill your lifelong dream by working as an animal keeper for a day. It’s only one of the many interactive programs we have with our animals.
