Relaxing moments in the evening to bring the body to rest: The evening blend consists of South African rooibos, lemon balm leaves and peppermint. Preparation: Morning tea: Add 1 teaspoon of morning tea to 250 ml of hot water (80 °C) and brew for about 5 -7 minutes. Evening tea: Add 1 teaspoon of evening tea to 250 ml of hot water (90 °C) and brew for 5 - 7 minutes.
