Seit 2009 ist die Akademie einmal in der Woche geöffnet, um die Zuschauer mit einer ständig wechselnden Reihe von Themenevents und mehreren temporären Bars im gigantischen Gebäude zu besuchen. Unterhaltung / Musik Mehrere DJs und / oder Live-Bands treten in verschiedenen Stilrichtungen auf, die an das Thema der Nacht gebunden sind, von House über Swing Hunderttausend Quadratmeter großes Museum voller unglaublicher Exponate, Aquarien, einer Nachbildung eines Regenwaldes und der größten vollständig digitalen Projektionsleinwand der Erde im Planetarium. DRESS CODE Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. The United Arab Emirates has conservative dress traditions. Swimwear must be confined to the beach and hotel pools. Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in souks, shops/malls and villages. Mosque visit & photo-stop dress code: Loose long trousers or long skirts & long sleeves to ankle/wrist. No shorts for men, no tight & transparent clothing. Women must cover their head with a scarf hence we suggest to bring it along. PHOTOGRAPHY Normal tourist photography is acceptable, but it is considered offensive to photograph Arab women. It is also courteous to ask permission before photographing men. Photographs of government buildings, police or military installations are not allowed.
