We offer you to visit one of the biggest cities north of Barcelona: Girona, medieval city with one of the best preserved Jewish quarters in Europe and stage where some chapters of one the seasons of the hit series Game of Thrones were shot. Girona is a monumental city where you can experience its 2000 years of history thanks to its fortified walls and the small streets of the old city center. There you will see about “Forca Vella”, a roman foundation and the medieval expansion of the walls during the centuries XIV & XV. You will enjoy a guided walking tour of the city center, visiting the Cathedral, with its well-preserved medieval streets that lead you towards the famous pastel colored houses at the edge of the river bank. The old city center of Girona holds an important artistic heritage. You will be given some free time in Girona to enjoy the city by yourself.

You may have seen New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art before, but you've never seen it like this.  Travel through 6,000 years and across the globe in just a few hours, to gain a greater understanding of the length and breadth of this world-class collection.  In small groups of 15 people or fewer, you’ll delve into the history and art of the Met, seeing works come to life through the stories of your expert guide. We start our tour in the ancient world, with a visit to Ancient Egyptian tomb models.  Incredibly well preserved, these pieces were a more important discovery than they seem, as they offered pictorial insight into what life in Ancient Egypt was like. This insight continues at the incredible Temple of Dendur, fully intact and surreally displayed inside a naturally lit atrium, nestled in Central Park.  Our world tour returns to New York for stained glass by Tiffany and then hops over to Britain to size up the armor of notorious King Henry VIII.  We then head east for the Antioch Chalice, believed by some to be the Holy Grail itself, the cup from which Jesus drank on the night he was betrayed.  Believe the story?  You’ll have time to debate its merits with your expert guide.  For historians our next few stops are a true delight – the Greek and Roman wing contain elegant statues, imperial Roman busts, and intact frescos buried along with those at Pompeii. Off to exotic Oceania to see boldly carved Bisj poles from Papua New Guinea, for which a Rockefeller gave his life.  We’ll then move to the second floor to admire Water Lilies by Monet, a Thinker by Rodin, and the swirling strokes of van Gogh. It’s break time inside the museum or atop the rooftop garden (May-October only, weather permitting) for verdant vistas of Central Park.  If you’ve booked the extended version, the tour continues to the Golden Age of Dutch painting, perusing portraits by Rembrandt and marveling at the virtuosity of Vermeer.  After a brief passage through Italy, it’s off to Spain to see El Greco and to  France for Jacques-Louis David’s famous Death of Socrates.  A little scandal is in store, as your guide gives the inside story of John Singer Sargent’s infamous Madame X.   You’ll then be dwarfed by the immense iconic Washington Crossing the Delaware – one of the most recognized paintings in the United States.  Besides from what’s listed here, you’ll see little surprises and quirks of the collection as you tour.  Our small group and expert guides will allow you to ask questions, be engaged, and take the most from your Met experience! City Sightseeing! A great way to discover Limassol Hop on, Hop off the bus (stop 3) and visit the Old Town, wonder through its narrow streets with its picturesque shuttered houses. Stop off at the medieval Limassol Castle, before taking a walk along the Molos waterfront promenade with its fantastic ocean views and the Old Port with its buzzing atmosphere. Visit museums and archaeological places of interest in and around the city!  Why not render into the city's past at the Archaeological Museum and Pattichion Historical Archive (stop 2) not ending your journey back in time there. Leaving the city of Limassol, discover the medieval Kolossi Castle (stop 7 & 12) and the Byzantine Chapel of Ayios Ermoyenis (stop 8 & 10) the ruins of the ancient city-kingdom of Kourion (stop 9) where you will be able to see its well-preserved mosaics, Royal Tomb and Greco-Roman theatre. Hop off the bus at the Cyprus Wine Museum (stop 11)!  The museum which has a history for wine dating back some 5,500 years, it is near Erimi village centre.

El barco sale del puerto viejo de Fira y se dirige hacia la isla volcánica de Nea Kameni, que se encuentra a sólo 10 minutos de la bahía de Fira. El barco permanecerá allí durante 1 hora y 15 minutos. Esto le proporcionará tiempo de sobras para subir andando hasta los cráteres activos del volcán y tomar algunas fotos – esto le llevará unos 20 minutos. Vale la pena llegar a la cima para presenciar las fumarolas del volcán y el intenso olor a azufre. La siguiente parada es en la isla de Palaia Kameni, donde se encuentran las aguas termales. El barco ancla a pocos metros mar adentro en la pequeña bahía de Agios Nikolaos, se bajará una escalera hacia el agua y así tendrá 30 minutos para disfrutar de un baño revitalizante. Podrá nadar a una distancia de unos 30 metros de los famosos baños de barro de Palaia Kameni, los cuales se cree que tienen habilidades beneficiosas para la piel y para curar algunas enfermedades. La temperatura del agua es de 30-35 grados Celsius, pero se mezcla constantemente con agua de mar. La isla de Thirassia será el siguiente destino de su viaje en barco, donde tendrá 2 horas de tiempo libre para nadar en las aguas cristalinas de Korfos o para degustar los platos locales en una de sus tradicionales tabernas. Usted podrá caminar o hacer un tour en burro hacia el cercano y pintoresco pueblo de Manolas que cuenta con calles estrechas - las vistas a Santorini desde allí hacen que la visita valga realmente la pena. Durante el viaje de regreso al puerto antiguo de Fira, podrá disfrutar navegando cerca de los acantilados volcánicos de Oia y tendrá la oportunidad de capturar con su cámara un paisaje sencillamente único. El autobús le estará esperando en el puerto de Athinios para llevarle de vuelta a la plaza central de Fira.
