This is the text for the Frequently Asked Questions that applies to this specific to   QUESTION: IS THERE AN AGE OR WEIGHT LIMIT? For your riding safety, guests must be at least 12 years of age and weigh at least 100 pounds and not in excess of 260 pounds. All participants must be at least 12 years of age.   QUESTION: HOW BIG WILL MY GROUP BE? Our tours operate in groups of 8 guests or less.   QUESTION: WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO GET THERE FOR MY TOUR? We ask that the client arrive 10-15 minutes early for the scheduled tour to fill out necessary paperwork.  Each member of your party will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form.   QUESTION: WILL I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT? Yes.  Insurance requires that City Segway Tours pre-authorize 400€ on a credit card. Please bring your MasterCard, Visa, Amex, or cash with you for this deposit (not Discovery).  Your card will not be charged, but we will hold onto the details should your Segway incur any damage while in your possession.   QUESTION: IF THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO RIDE A SEGWAY, WILL I BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP QUICKLY? Your safety is always our highest priority. Therefore, we begin each tour with a very thorough orientation of the Segway and its use before going out to enjoy the city!   QUESTION: CAN MINORS COME ON TOUR ALONE? For safety reasons, minors (anyone under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.   QUESTION: IF I AM PREGNANT CAN I JOIN THE TOUR? Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our Segway tours.   QUESTION: ARE THE TOURS CANCELLED IF IT RAINS? Our tours go rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office for €1 which are fully reimbursed if not used.

For Tours:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time (20 minutes prior if you have booked children's equipment). Please bring your receipt or confirmation number.
Participants arriving after the tour departure time risk forfeiture of their tour seats.
If you would like to reschedule your reservation you may do so at any time.
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time and would like a refund we will issue a refund less a 10% processing fee.
No Refund will be issued for a reservation cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for weather or other reasons. If the tour is cancelled, and you are unable to make any of the rescheduled tours, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled tour.
If the weather is questionable, please call one hour prior to the start time to confirm the tour status.
On the day of your tour, bring your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the tour departure location. Trailer carriages, trailer tandems, and child seats available for children at the child rate. Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.

St Paul’s Cathedral, whose dome dominates London’s skyline, is England’s architectural masterpiece and place of national celebration. The cathedral was designed by the famed architect Sir Christopher Wren, after the Great Fire of London in 1666 destroyed its predecessor. The cathedral took 35 years to build from 1675 – 1710, spanning the lives of five monarchs and was the first cathedral to have been built and completed in its architect’s lifetime. St Paul’s Cathedral is where people and events of overwhelming national significance have been celebrated, mourned or commemorated. From state funerals for British heroes such as Sir Winston Churchill, to the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles to Lady Diana Spencer, and National Services of Thanksgiving to celebrate the Silver, Golden and Diamond Jubilee’s of Her Majesty the Queen. Touch-screen multimedia guides in nine languages are included for sightseers, offering up to 90 minutes of audio commentary, videos and imagery for a self guided tour. Tours led by cathedral guides are also offered, usually starting at 10.00, 11.00, 13.00 & 14.00 and last for 90 minutes; visitors should register to join a tour once inside the cathedral. Explore the cathedral floor then visit the Whispering Gallery to test the unique acoustics. Climb further to the Stone and Golden Galleries, which afford breathtaking panoramic views across the city. Descend to the crypt which houses tombs and memorials to famous Britons such as Admiral Lord Nelson, The Duke of Wellington and Wren himself.   

The route starts at the Bournemouth Pier. The Oceanarium is located here, and it is one of the town’s top attractions. Pop in to see their great new penguin beach! Hop-off at Bus Stop 2 to do your shopping at The Bournemouth Square, the actual very centre of the town. The three main shopping roads, Westover Road, Commercial Road, and Old Christchurch Road converge there. And right next to that, do not miss the local Balloon, an extravagant local attraction. Take a stroll around Branksome Chine, and enjoy the view of the sea at Bus Stop 5. Enjoy the sight of the prettiest village as you pass on the double-deckers by Canford Cliffs, or hop off to get to Compton Acres, a sub-tropical garden offering astonishing views. City Sightseeing Bournemouth also takes you to Sandsbank, the upper-end area teaming with the most expensive houses in England and surrounded by the most popular naturist beaches. Hop on and off at Bus Stops 7-8 & 9 to get to see it all! And if you feel curious about the name of the area, hop-off at Lilliput, but do not be disappointed when you fail to find little people around. Get some tranquillity by strolling around the city hall at Bus Stops 7 through 15, while you check-out Poole Old Town and Quay. Before you go, hop-off at The Triangle, well known as the focal point for the local LGBT community, the area has a number or quirky shops and venues appealing and very welcoming to broad-minded visitors. The State Rooms Buckingham Palace serves as both the office and London residence of Her Majesty The Queen, as well as the administrative headquarters of the Royal Household. It is one of the few working royal palaces remaining in the world today. Today the Buckingham Palace State Rooms are used extensively by Her Majesty The Queen and Members of the Royal Family to receive and entertain their guests on State, ceremonial and official occasions. During August and September when The Queen makes her annual visit to Scotland, the Palace's nineteen state rooms are open to visitors. What there is to see? The Buckingham Palace State Rooms form the heart of the working palace and are lavishly furnished with some of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection - paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens, Poussin and Canaletto; sculpture by Canova; exquisite examples of Sèvres porcelain; and some of the finest English and French furniture. The Garden Described as a 'walled oasis in the middle of London', the Palace's garden is home to thirty different species of bird and more than 350 different wild flowers, some extremely rare. Visitors end their tour with a walk along the south side of the garden, with splendid views of the west front of the Palace and the famous lake. Multimedia Guide An multimedia guide is included in the ticket price and is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese, Russian and Mandarin. There is also a family multimedia guide (in English only) and accompanying activity trail, suitable for children 7-11 years. Changing of the Guard The Changing of the Guard ceremony takes place at 11:30 daily from April until the end of July and on alternate days for the rest of the year, weather permitting. The new guards arrive at the forecourt of the Palace at 11:30 from Wellington Barracks. The journey takes about 5 minutes and the soldiers are accompanied by a band. The ceremony is conducted on the Palace forecourt and takes approximately forty minutes to complete. [The Army have not yet released the schedule for July, August or September.] Wheelchair Access If you require wheelchair access or the use of the lift, you should not book with 365 Tickets.com and should pre-book tickets directly with Buckingham Palace.

Discover the romantic town of Paris in only 40 minutes ! The Little Train of Paris Montmartre offers a tour in the heart of Montmartre, with a return from la Place du Tertre. It also includes a full commentary with music.  This is a lovely way to go up Montmartre if you get on the train at Place Blanche and use it to go up to Place du Tertre.
