No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee. Do I need to choose my attractions in advance? Nope, choose as you go. The pass is good for any combination of the number of attractions you purchased. My child is under 3 years old. Can I get them a Chicago Explorer Pass? Child Passes are recommended for children ages 3-12. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please consult the attraction websites for more details. How will I get my pass? Delivered via E-mail: Printable and Smartphone Versions How do I activate my pass? Easy: simply visit your first attraction! Is the pass valid all day? You bet! Feel free to visit the attractions any time of the day as long as they are open or operating. What is your refund policy? No. Your pass includes only one visit per attraction. Does a Chicago Explorer Pass expire? Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. After activated, you’ll have 30 days to use your pass. Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions? Attractions that require a reservation will display a symbol on the guidebook page. Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation. What’s the catch? There’s no catch. Chicago Explorer Pass has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Chicago as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money. Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it? No. The Chicago Explorer Pass is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold. What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem? While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Chicago Explorer Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. In Polar Play Zone, you can slip into a penguin suit and try being a bird in the Icy South play area. From there, head to the Icy North to explore the belugas’ Arctic waters in a kid-sized submarine. Don’t forget to shake hands—or is it arms?—with colorful sea stars in the touch pools. In Polar Play Zone, you’ll learn about polar opposites—big and small, fast and slow, shallow and deep, even north and south—while you play. Your safety is paramount at Forestal Park and you will receive a full safety briefing on all the safety rules and mechanisms you will need at the park. You will also receive a full set of personal protective equipment. No special level of physical fitness is required and there are activities for all ages and physical abilities. So come and spend a day jam-packed with adventure, sports, nature and fun for the whole family. The maximum capacity of visitors to the park at a certain time is 110 adults and 30 children (in this case six to nine years) at the same time so the park is never too crowded. The time for the sports circuit is between two-and-a-half to three hours. And for the family circuit about two hours. You can enjoy only one circuit and the price is the same price for both the sporting circuit (participants must be at least 1.45 metres tall) and the family circuit (participants must be at least 1.10 metres in height). Children: 1.10 metres, minimum height six to 12 years inclusive.

Services: Parking: €5 per car per day Food: You are allowed to bring your own food into Terra Natura. There are picnic areas available especially for this purpose. Entrance to the site with shopping trolleys or any kind of industrial food container is prohibited.     Rentals: Baby buggies: Baby buggies single (€8) and lockers (€6). For any rental a €1 deposit is required which can be redeemed once the rented item is returned. Wheelchairs: Are available to hire for free (while supplies last) with a €10 deposit.

Your Hot Air Balloon adventure begins when you meet your Pilot and Flight Crew. The flights meet approximately a 1/2 hour before sunrise. At the launch site, your flight crew will brief you on your upcoming balloon adventure. Then, you will watch with awe as your balloon takes shape before your eyes, ultimately standing more than 10 stories tall. Once fully inflated and ready for take off, you climb into the gondola and begin the adventure of a lifetime. During your flight you will get a spectacular bird's eye view of the gorgeous Red Rock Mountains and the famous Las Vegas Strip. You will drift silently over the Vegas Valley with 360 degree, unobstructed views of the world famous Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Conservation Area and surrounding suburbs. After drifting serenely for approximately an hour you prepare for landing. Once on the ground, you will indulge in the oldest of ballooning traditions, a champagne toast, and revel in the peace, tranquility and beauty that you never before knew existed. For ballooning light winds are required, good visibility and no precipitation. You will fly at approximately 1000 feet. The flights are approximately one hour in length, however you are required you for up to 4 hours in total for the entire adventure. Since you will fly with the prevailing winds, the flight patterns and landing sites vary due to the changing wind directions. There is very little feeling of movement or sensation of height. Due to insurance restrictions Vegas Balloon Rides cannot accept passengers under the age of 10, women who are / or may be pregnant, or those with heart, back or knee problems. Should your flight be canceled by Vegas Balloon Rides due to inclement weather conditions, you simply will need to call the office on the number provided on the voucher and reschedule your flight.
