Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. Pure flavourful delight for tea connoisseurs! The tea is made up of the finest jasmine flowers with unfermented green tea leaves. The selected leaves are harvested during the middle of the summer. Very precise steps are taken to ensure that the refreshing floral fragrance can fully unfold when enjoyed in this tea infusion. Preparation: Add 3 g of Dragon Pearl Jasmine to 200 ml of hot water (80 °C) and leave to brew for about 3 - 5 minutes.
