La Cité du Vin hosts rich and cultural events that happen all year round in very large auditorium. This happens weekly at La Cité du Vin. Workshops - There are seven different themed workshops that are available for all ages and all audiences, connoisseurs to the much younger generation, which is set in three tasting areas including a multi-sensory space and educational workshops: multi-sensory experiences, discovery workshops, wine and delicacies, junior workshops, family workshops and many more!  Other activities - There are many other activities that highlight wine's universal dimension (grape varieties of the world, wine through the ages), cultural heritage aspects  (landscapes, legends, rites, wine and the arts)  and tasting (flavour, sensoriality).  The Reading Room - This is a free area that is open to all, which offers a wide selection of literary, historic , artistic and even anthropological works that relate to the fabulous world of wine!  

This self-guided tour allows for full immersion into the twin Cities of Perth and Fremantle, and also enjoying Perth’s natural asset of the Swan River. Starting in Perth, the tour takes in all major attractions of the revitalised Perth CBD, including the Western Australian Cricket Ground (WACA). Then on to Kings Park Botanical Gardens, where you have time to experience a walk through the trees canopies on the Tree Top Walkway or take in the stunning views from the war memorial back over the city skyline. Continue through the affluent Western Suburbs of Perth known as Millionaire’s Row before reaching Cottesloe Beach where the Indian Ocean sparkles. Travel on into historic Fremantle and leave your coach tour here to enjoy the atmosphere and stop for lunch (own expense) at the many café and eateries, with its famous Fish and Chips restaurants at the Fishing Boat Harbour. Take the Fremantle Tram for a scenic tour of Fremantle and enjoy the beauty of this famous marine port, undergoing rejuvenation and development whilst maintaining old charm. Finish this relaxing day by catching the late afternoon cruise back to Perth along the pristine Swan River, sampling local winesif desired before arriving back into Perth along with million dollar views of Kings Park, Yacht Clubs and the new Elizabeth Quay. Trip Itinerary Board our private Hellfire Express to hear some of the haunted legends that abound further afield than Dublin City Centre at famous landmarks such as St Patrick's Cathedral, Rathfarnham Castle and Kilakee House as we wind our way along the path towards the lonely dark Dublin Mountain range. Arrive at the Hellfire Club – we disembark the bus and walk up to one of Ireland’s most lonely and infamous places. The burnt out shell of this haunted hunting lodge dating from 1725 is known for its association with Satanism, the supernatural and the occult. Be warned! Although this desolate place is miles from civilisation it has witnessed activities that should not be seen by anyone on this earthly plain. It is not unusual for visitors to experience head and chest tightness as their subconscious picks up on the horrors that this lonely hill has witnessed, it is not a place for the faint hearted! Once we have arrived you are rewarded with the best view of Dublin in the world! Don't forget your camera - a must for all budding photographers. See why this is the ideal location renowned by the darker side of Dublin gentry in the 1700s. Our talented storyteller will recount the history of this place, including the destruction of the ancient megalithic monuments, the exhumation of the demonic statue and dwarf skeleton, to the evil rituals and events that took place here such as the black masses, human and animal sacrifices, and the infamous card game with the “cloven-hoofed visitor.” The historical "Haunted Hellfire" excursion will last approximately 2.5 hours (inclusive of travel time to and from the Dublin Mountains) Feel free to bring your own torch if don't have a phone. We will however be insisting however that all mobile phones and lights be turned off at certain points on the tour... for your safety! You can turn up on the night for any tour, but preference will be give to online bookings. 2) Warm Clothes Please bring very warm gear as much of the tour takes place at the summit of Mont Pellier in the Dublin Mountains and we can assure you it will be cold up there! You can always take off layers but you can't add any more! 3) Wet Weather Gear Be prepared. Please remember that it does rain in Ireland. You will not enjoy the tour if you are freezing cold and wet so please bring umbrellas and appropriate gear. We run rain, hail or shine. 4) Sturdy Walking Shoes The Hellfire Club Dublin is perched atop a lonely peak in the mountains. To get there we need to walk for approx 20 minutes uphill. Please bring appropriate shoes for this! You will not enjoy yourself if your feet are sore and/or cold. This is an outdoor walking tour, and a basic level of fitness is required. 5) Flashlights or Mobile Phone with a similar facility There are no public artificial light sources in the Dublin Mountains, if you do have a handy flashlight please bring it along as the track up the mountain is unsealed and we may be walking in darkness at some points.

From Manhattan to "Sopranoland" The tour of Sopranos Sites is based on the popular television show created by David Chase for HBO. Although the series ended in 2006, the episodes can still be seen on A&E. The Sopranos revolves around New Jersey mafia boss Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) and the difficulties he faces as he tries to balance the often-conflicting requirements of his home life and the criminal organization he heads. The show gave a bird’s eye view into mob life and allowed viewers to see the inner workings of this New Jersey crime family.  Season 1 and half of Season 2 were focused on Tony’s relationship with his mother Livia, played by Nancy Marchand.  Ms. Marchand passed away half way through Season 2’s filming, which was eventually written into the story line.  From that point on, Tony’s wife, Carmella (played by Edie Falco), his daughter Meadow (played by Jamie Lynn Siegler), along with his son AJ (played by Robert Iler) vie for Tony’s attention in between the dirty deals and beat downs that take place on a daily basis in this mob boss’ life. The tour begins in New York and starts out with sites from the opening credits, including the exit of the Lincoln Tunnel and the famous Manhattan skyline. As you arrive in Jersey, you’ll see more sites from the credits like The Muffler Man, Pizza Land, the Valley Landscape silo, a featured Tudor house, a building in the center of the Meadowlands that Tony often passes, and the ramp to the Pulaski Skyway seen at the end of every episode. The tour then hits some of the most recognizable places from The Sopranos: Barone Sanitation (Tony’s business), the Skyway Diner (where Christopher gets shot), Big Pussy’s auto body shop, and Satin Dolls, also known as the Bada Bing. The tour visits major sites that were used in filming the show such as Carmine’s Funeral Parlor; Party World and Car Wash; La Cibelle’s Restaurant, used as the locale for Nuovo Vesuvio, Artie Bucco’s (played by John Ventimiglia) restaurant in the show; Holsten’s (where the final scene of the last episode was shot); Searchlight Diner; and St. Cecila’s Church, all of which were locations for majors scenes in the show. Another major location for the television show, Satriale’s Pork Store, was a fictional establishment that was housed in an empty warehouse next to the Irish American Club in Kearny.  The set was dismantled after the filming of the series concluded, and the building was torn down to make way for condominiums. More Sopranos filming locations include the back of Big Pussy’s house; the batting cages used by Pussy, AJ and Kevin; the Gold Driving Range where Tony takes his first Prozac; the marina where the Season 5 poster was photographed; Harrison High School where AJ  vandalizes the pool; Seabra’s Rodizo, used as the Searchlight Diner where Pussy turns FBI informant; the statue of Christopher Columbus where the Sopranos get into a fight with the Native Americans; St. Cecilia’s (Carmela’s church); the funeral home used for Carmine’s wake; what’s left of the bakery where Christopher shot the guy in the foot; the Nuovo Vesuvio; the cemetery where Livia was buried, and many,  many more. Looking for something to do after this great tour?  Why not grab a bite to eat in the great Manhattan neighborhood of Little Italy, where the Soprano family often spent time on the show.  Just follow the red, white, and green parking meters along Mulberry Street (between Grand and Canal streets) and you will find more Italian eateries than you could ever hope to visit in a single trip, like Amici II, Café Roma, Casa Bella, Lombardi’s, Fratelli, Caffe Sorrento, Il Palazzo, and more. In the late 1800’s an influx of Italian immigrants created a Little Italy that wasn’t so little.  Now, it is a bit smaller, with only a few thousand Italian-Americans calling Little Italy their home.  However, the neighborhood has never lost its charm.  Stop by Umberto’s Clam House, or Il Cortile to have a delicious lunch or dinner.  Try La Mela for family style Italian or Grotta Azzura for upscale Italian. Skip dessert and grab some great cannoli over at Ferrara Bakery and Café. Experience the unique areas of Wynwood, named one of the” Coolest Cities in the World” by Vogue. Wynwood is home to a wide variety of museums and art galleries. Explore Midtown, home to national and local shopping stores and restaurants. You will also visit Over town, which was once the center for nightly entertainment in Miami during its height in the 1940s & 50’s.
