Die Karten müssen Testverfahren mit Temperaturzyklen in verschiedenen extremen Temperaturen bestehen; Hierzu gehören auch über mehrere hundert Stunden gehende Tests bei einem Temperatur-Bias mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, um die Langlebigkeit bei unterschiedlichen Feuchtigkeitsgraden abzusichern, sowie verschiedene Tests in der Temperaturkammer. Zusätzlich werden diese Karten auf Wasserdichtigkeit, Temperaturbeständigkeit, Stoß- und Vibrationsfestigkeit sowie Strahlenbeständigkeit getestet.
Die Karte ist aufgrund ihrer 90 MB/s Lese- und 45 MB/s Schreibgeschwindigkeit in UHS-I, Geschwindigkeitsklasse 1, ideal für Anwendungen, die zum Aufzeichnen großer Datensätze eine größere Bandbreite erfordern. Die höhere anhaltende Schreibleistung der Karte sorgt für ruckelfreie Übertragung und stellt somit die Datenintegrität sicher, und ermöglicht ein schnelleres Hochladen von Dateien auf einen PC.
