Important information before your arrival at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Manchester:   Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your tickets. Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 13 years old and above 1.2meters in height to play the maze. All 13 -17 year olds must be accompanied by a playing and paying adults. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

Your safety is paramount at Forestal Park and you will receive a full safety briefing on all the safety rules and mechanisms you will need at the park. You will also receive a full set of personal protective equipment. No special level of physical fitness is required and there are activities for all ages and physical abilities. So come and spend a day jam-packed with adventure, sports, nature and fun for the whole family. The maximum capacity of visitors to the park at a certain time is 110 adults and 30 children (in this case six to nine years) at the same time so the park is never too crowded. The time for the sports circuit is between two-and-a-half to three hours. And for the family circuit about two hours. You can enjoy only one circuit and the price is the same price for both the sporting circuit (participants must be at least 1.45 metres tall) and the family circuit (participants must be at least 1.10 metres in height). Children: 1.10 metres, minimum height six to 12 years inclusive.

THE DOWNTOWN LOOP  The Downtown Loop is the best way to explore Lower Manhattan including popular neighborhoods such as the Flatiron District, Union Square, Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho & NoHo, Greenwich Village & the East Village, Chelsea and the Financial District. Duration: 2 Hours  Operates: Summer Hours 09:00 –18:00 (9:00am –6:00pm) Winter Hours until 17:00 (5:00pm) Frequency: every 20-25minutes ​ THE MIDTOWN LOOP  The Midtown Loop connects East to West helping you to discover Hell’s Kitchen, the United Nations, Grand Central Terminal and the Hudson River at Pier 84. Enjoy exclusive shopping with huge brands like Saks, Tiffany & Co, Cartier along 5thAvenue and tour historic Rockefeller Center with its Art Decobuildings and home to NBC’s Today Show.   Duration: 1.5 Hours Operates: 08:30-17:00 (8:30am-5:00pm) Frequency: every 30 minutes THE BROOKLYN TOUR Brooklyn is the most populated borough of New York, featuring 350 years of history and an incredible collection of celebrities, artists, landmarks and culture. Discover Brooklyn as you make your way across the historic Manhattan Bridge while taking in spectacular views of downtown Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.Enjoy the sights of downtown Brooklyn as you pass by the Barclay Center and the Grand Army Plaza. Duration: 1.5 Hours Operates: 10:00 –15:00  Frequency: every hour PANORAMIC NIGHT TOUR Enjoy a panoramic view of the city the never sleeps!  See its beautiful lights as you tour through Times Square and catch a breathtaking view of lower Manhattan as you cross over the Manhattan Bridge.
