Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal is a high performance coating which cures to form a durable, flexible membrane suitable for resealing and protecting whole roofs or repairing large areas of damage to a variety of roofing materials. The 10 year formulation is designed to flex with the natural movement of the roof protecting the membrane from cracking and splitting over time. UV light stable iron oxide pigments provide a protective shield against harmful UV radiation ensuring 10 year weatherproofing performance under extreme conditions. For best results the advanced formula should be applied directly to dry surfaces, the 10 year formulation forms a vapour permeable membrane that repairs and weatherproofs whilst allowing any trapped moisture in the substrate to escape.
