Originaly formed dueing the ice age, the reefs have now been worn by the water and waves, creating a marine matrix of crevices, caves and swim throughs. Shipwreck Coast Travel on the largest conveyor belt in Australia to explore AQWA's Shipwreck Coast, through an underwater tunnel. The aquarium you travel through is the largest single aquarium in Australia, which holds THREE MILLION litres of water! Great Southern Dip into the icy waters of the Great Southern, where waves and wind from Antartica shape isolated granite shores.  

The Clipper City Daytime Sail offered by Manhattan by Sail is a fun-filled voyage around New York Harbor in a 158-foot-long schooner, whose massive sails hearken back to the bygone era of the 1800s. With a capacity of up to 150 people, the Clipper City provides plenty of room for passengers to take in the sights comfortably, whether mixing and mingling by the lively bar area or lounging on the raised quarter deck at the rear of the sailboat. The majestic Clipper City Daytime Sail departs from Pier 17 at the bustling South Street Seaport, whose location along the East River makes for great photo ops of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge before the vessel even sets sail. The Clipper City's leisurely, 90-minute journey around New York Harbor offers plenty of photo-worthy sights, as the schooner slowly glides past the towering buildings that comprise the Lower Manhattan and New Jersey skylines, the former immigration station on Ellis Island, the greenery of Governor's Island and the iconic Statue of Liberty. Another fantastic moment to capture with your camera occurs when the crew hoists the Clipper City's massive sails, working with masts and rigging that rise 120 feet off the deck. This occasion also presents a wonderful opportunity to experience the thrill of sailing first-hand, as you can volunteer to help the crew with this exciting task. The crew themselves add to the festive spirit aboard the Clipper City, as they are happy to engage with the passengers and answer questions from sailing aficionados and novices alike. Another highlight for some adults will be the fully stocked bar, which features a steady stream of music and a variety of drinks for sale – including wine, beer, soda, juice and nautical-inspired cocktails like the Monkey's Fist. Passengers looking for a quieter ride can head to the raised quarter deck, where they can watch the captain steer the boat or simply soak in the beautiful sights around them. The Clipper City sails from late April until early October, twice a day at 2:15pm and 4:30pm.

Crocodiles, Piranhas, a family of Poison Arrow Frogs and a host of exotic aquatic creatures will be taking up residence in an entirely new Rainforests of the World area at the SEA LIFE London Aquarium this Easter. Rainforests of the World will totally replace the existing rainforest area and provide a snapshot into the vulnerable eco-systems of Malaysia, West Africa and South America. In an immersive journey across three continents guests will get up close and personal with some of the rainforests’ most famous and feared residents. A pair of 6 ft West African Dwarf Crocodiles will be just snapping distance away in a specially created wetland habitat mirroring their African home. The family of highly toxic Poison Arrow Frogs will provide a kaleidoscope of colour, but watch out for the alluring yellow Golden Dart Frog, the most lethal of them all. Continuing the small but deadly theme is one of Europe’s biggest collections of Piranha fish famed for their flesh eating frenzies. The new experience is the latest development in the rejuvenation of the attraction which was transformed into the SEA LIFE London Aquarium last year and its March 2010 completion will mark the first anniversary of its re-opening in Easter 2009. As well as the exciting new Rainforests of The World, the SEA LIFE London Aquarium is home to thousands of marine creatures from every part of the world including 46 sharks, and boasts some breathtaking features including a stunning tropical glass tunnel walkway and a nerve testing Shark Walk finale, plus an ongoing programme of interactive family friendly activities. Tower Bridge Over 100 years ago, the Victorians built a bridge that has become one of London's most famous landmarks. High level walkways were built to allow people to cross the Thames whilst the Bridge was lifted to let tall ships sail past - Tower Bridge Today these Walkways act as viewing galleries, giving visitors the most spectacular views across an ever changing London skyline. Walkways & Exhibition: Visitors enter Tower Bridge Exhibition via the North Tower. They are then transported by lift to the top of the Tower (47 metres above the Thames) where they have a unique opportunity to see the Bridge’s steel skeleton from within. A short film explains the history and provenance of the Bridge and then there is the chance to admire the spectacular views – from both covered Walkways. Together with far-reaching views of East London, the walkway will be bolstered with a further 20 revered bridges in the extended popular display, ‘Great Bridges of the World’. On the east Walkway there are fantastic views of the Docklands and from the west Walkway you can see the new GLA building, the Tower of London, St Paul’s, the city, the Pool of London and Big Ben and the London Eye in the distance. Interactive computerised kiosks and graphic panels explain the significance of the views to visitors, as well as providing more information on the history and building of the Bridge. The interactive material and graphic panels are written in seven languages and an audio loop for the hard of hearing is also in place for the video show. There is another film to view in the South Tower before descending for the short walk to the historical Engine Rooms, included in your ticket price. Victorian Engine Rooms: These provide a fascinating insight into late 19th century engineering. Installed for the completion of Tower Bridge in 1894, these huge, and beautifully maintained, coal-driven engines were used to power the thousands of bascule Bridge lifts performed until 1976. Although lifts are now operated by electricity, the original steam engines are still in place. The Engine Rooms give visitors a chance to experiment with models demonstrating the technology behind the Bridge. There are also some amazing photographs of  Tower BridgeTthroughout its lifetime – including a revealing picture of the heavy steel structure of the Bridge as the stone cladding was installed over it. Dolphin Lagoon™/ Dolphin Swim Experience Make a friend that will live in your heart forever when you experience the highlight of your day, a one-on-one dolphin encounter. Learn about dolphin behaviour and communication. Wade into the dolphin lagoon. Come nose to bottlenose with one of these fascinating and intelligent animals, take hold of its dorsal fin and hold on for the ride of a lifetime. The highlight of a visit to Discovery Cove is the opportunity to swim with a bottlenose dolphin during a 30-minute interactive adventure. Accompanied by a trainer guests interact with their dolphin in deeper water for an exciting dorsal fin tow ride back to shore. Children must be at least 6 years old to swim with dolphins. Children ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult who also is participating in the dolphin swim experience. Attractions at Discovery Cove Some of the park’s most popular attractions include: The Grand Reef The Grand Reef is one of the Cove’s newest and most breath-taking attractions, featuring palm-lined sandy beaches, mysterious underwater grottos, and an impressive shark-infested lagoon. Visitors can delve into the depths of the reef’s enormous saltwater pool and snorkel with a wonderful kaleidoscope of sparkling tropical fish, eels and rays. You can also upgrade your package and participate in SeaVenture, an exciting underwater tour of the Grand Reef’s hidden coves. Explorer’s Aviary is the park’s remarkable free-flight aviary. The aviary is home to more than 250 different tropical birds and is one of the park’s biggest attractions. Guests can walk among hundreds of beautifully coloured exotic birds, feeding them out of their hands and watching them soar freely above their heads. The Wind-Away River The Wind-Away River is an enormous freshwater river that circles the park and winds its way through many of the main attractions, including Explorer’s Aviary. Dolphin Encounter (Optional upgrade) One of the park’s most popular and famous attractions is the Dolphin Swim Experience, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that allows visitors the chance to touch, play and swim with the Cove’s resident bottlenose dolphins. The experience lasts 30 minutes and is open to all visitors aged six years and over. SeaVenture (Optional upgrade) SeaVenture, The Grand Reef’s innovative experience is an underwater walking tour where, while wearing a dive helmet, you’ll feel right at home under the sea. Private cabanas (Optional upgrade) For an additional fee, visitors to the park can hire a cabana, a private area in which they and up to five others can relax and enjoy the park's surroundings in peace. The cabanas are hidden away among the park's beautiful landscape and comprise chaise lounges, towels, and a table and chairs. Explorer’s Aviary Just beyond a spectacular waterfall, you’ll find a series of towering aviaries. You encounter hundreds of tropical birds nose-to-beak while they feed right out of your hand. There are several areas to explore and food is provided so you can get up close and personal with the residents here. Serenity Bay Relax in the refreshingly warm waters of this oversized freshwater pool. Laguna Grill® Take full advantage of the all-inclusive package and dine at Laguna Grill for breakfast and lunch. Several snack bars are conveniently located around Discovery Cove each serving snacks, chips, pretzels, candy, soft drinks, frozen drinks and alcoholic beverages.
