Listen to your friendly & knowledgeable driver / guide offer expert narration as you travel from Las Vegas through the ancient Joshua Tree Forest en route to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon for approximately 4 hours of sightseeing. First stop will be the Helicopter terminal at the Grand Canyon West Rim where you will experience a descent down into the Grand Canyon 4,000 feet below the rim of the Grand Canyon touching down near the banks of the Colorado River. From there you will be cruising down the Colorado River as you are experience the Grand Canyon and all of the ancient geological rock formations of the Canyon as you float down the Colorado River. As you experience the Grand Canyon at river level your friendly boat guide will provide expert information about the surroundings. After your boat trip you will be whisked to the top of the Grand Canyon to continue with your adventure at the Grand Canyon. Visit Eagle point as life like as its name that has been shaped over thousands of years as though an eagle was been embedded into the Grand Canyon walls. Dine at the newly opened Skywalk Cafe overlooking the Grand Canyon for a truly unique lunch experience. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Grand Canyon from Eagle Point, where you can experience the latest attraction – the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Visit the Hualapai Indian Country, and take advantage of the many photo opportunities with your hosts the Hualapai Indians. Experience the ancient geological rock formations of the Grand Canyon from Guano Point, as you take in the sights and sounds of your surroundings be prepared to be awestruck by the views from this truly unique lookout point. Meet Hualapai Indians in full tribal dress performing traditional dance. On the first day you will meet some of Australia’s most famous native animals at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Park such where you learn about the conservation of these loveable native animals. Discover native animals in their natural habitat including Kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, brilliantly coloured birds and rare and endangered species. From there travel to the Nobbies and take a stroll along the clifftop boardwalk offering breathtaking views of Phillip island's wild south coast. The witness Victoria's largest colony of little penguins in the nightly Penguin Parade. As dusk falls, hundreds of little penguins splash out of the water on to the beach, making their way to their burrows. They feed at sea, and return to their burrow to mate, care for their young and moult. Drop off at The Island Accommodation (Budget Style Accommodation) for your overnight stay. On the second day you are transferred to the meeting point where you will travel towards the most southerly region of mainland Australia, Wilsons Promontory or “the Prom”. This National Park is one of Victoria’s most loved and cherished natural attractions and is home to many marsupials,such as kangaroos and wombats, native birds and other native animals. With a little luck you are able to see up close. The best way to explore the Prom is on foot so you will no doubt enjoy our hike along some spectacular tracks.
