In der Nase dunkle, konzentrierte Beerenfrüchte mit einem Hauch von Schokolade und Anis. Er wirkt sehr konzentriert, beinahe schon likörartig aber zugleich auch sehr würzig. Der Schwarze Pfeffer sticht sehr hervor. Am Gaumen wirkt er kräftig aber trotzdem gut strukturiert mit spürbaren Tanninen und einem lang anhaltenden Abgang. Passt zu: kurzgebratenem Fleisch wie Entrecote, Rumpsteak oder Lammkotelett, aber auch zu Grillgerichten.
