Neben den acht Prozessorkernen integriert der Kirin 659 auch eine Mali T830 MP2 Grafikeinheit. Des Weiteren stehen dem Nutzer 32 GB Speicherkapazität zur Verfügung, welche per microSD-Karte um 256GB erweitert werden kann. Der verbaute Arbeitsspeicher beläuft sich auf drei Gigabyte. Das Honor WaterPlay besitzt zudem ein kristallklares 10.1 Zoll großes Display mit Full HD von 1920x1200. Des Weiteren verfügt das Notebook über einen USB Typ-C Anschluss, sowie einen 3,5-mm-Kopfhöreranschluss. Das Tablet wird mit Android 7.0 Nougat ausgeliefert.
