The Yale 706 nightlatch is a traditional style nightlatch with classic styling. The deadlocking snib function enables the latch to be held back or deadlocked internally. The nightlatch is key operated from the outside and has a knob handle for operation from inside. The 706 nightlatch has a 40mm backset, this is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole. If fitting Bathroom handles, now insert the bathroom spindle bar through the deadbolt hole of the lock from the outside of the door and place the thumbturn onto the spindle bar.
