Faithfull Letter punches are used for hand marking metals and other hard materials. They are useful for stamping personal identification or post codes on tools, cycles etc., as frequently recommended by police and insurers. The letter sizes as shown, relate to the height of the characters. The punches are manufactured from high quality tested carbon steel with double induction hardened heads to ensure high quality impressions. The body is hardened and the head is tempered to prevent chipping when hammered. Each set contains twenty seven punches with the characters & and A to Z.Set supplied in plastic box.Size : 8mm (5/16 in).

These Forgefix General Purpose Pozidrive Screws with Countersunk heads are zinc plated for increased durability. They are an extremely popular general purpose screw, and suitable for use in and with many materials. APPLICATION:Ideal for use in many ironmongery, electrical and plumbing applications. Can be used with various screw cover caps. Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged. Zinc oxide is a fine white dust that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate’s surface integrity as it is formed. The zinc oxide, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminium and stainless steels by their oxide layers. The Pozidriv screw is similar in appearance to the classic Phillips cross-head, but in fact is very different. The Pozidriv has four additional points of contact, and does not have the rounded corners that the Phillips screw drive has. The biggest advantage it offers is that, when used with the correct tooling in good condition, it does not cam out, allowing great torque to be applied. The Pozidriv screw can easily be distinguished by a line embossed in the screw head at 45° to the slots for the driver. The countersunk head is designed to sink flush with substrates to leave a smooth surface finish. They have twin threads, which enable an easy start when driving. These Lindstrom Diagonal cutting nippers have an oval head. They are produced from high performance ball bearing steel which is black oxidised for increased durability. The numerically controlled machine grinding guarantees edge and angle accuracy and contact, which increases tool reliability and consistency. The edges are precision induction hardened to 63-65 HRC. The handles have a return spring and are sleeved. Ideal for wire harness work, and standard printed circuit board assembly. Oval heads are the most common type of nipper head. It combines strength and durability, can withstand and distribute the impact of cutting and is utilised in a myriad of applications.Length (A): 125mm (5 in). Blade length (B): 16mm (0.63 in). Head width (C): 16mm (0.63 in). Head depth (D): 8mm (0.31 in). Tip width: (F): 1.6mm (0.06 in). Cutting capacity: 0.4-2.0mm. Cutting edge: Micro-bevel. The Micro-Bevel cut is designed to meet the requirements of the electronic assembly industry. Leads are ‘pinched’, allowing less altitude and a smaller overall surface area. Because of its design, it has a wide cutting range and variety of uses.
Wera Series 335 Parallel tipped slotted screwdriver with chrome plated and hardened steel blades. The Wera Lasertip tip bites into the screwhead, reducing cam out (prevents slipping out of the screw head) and eliminating the need for two handed screwdriving. The patented ergonomic multi-component Kraftform handle has been designed for faster more powerful and less tiring screwdriving action.
