Helles Weissgold, glänzend, brillant. Das Bouquet ist herrlich frisch und fruchtig mit floralen Anklängen,zarten weissen Blüten, Mandeln und golden-delicious Äpfeln sowie Zitrusfrüchten. Am Gaumen ist er sehr frisch und elegant. Ein langer und köstlicher Chardonnay. Passt zu: gebratenen Fischgerichten, z.B. gebratener Dorade royal mit gegrilltem Gemüse und karamelisierten Äpfeln, gegrillten Krustentieren und cremigen Weichkäse.

Der Chardonnay wurde, bis auf einen kleinen Teil der natürlich vergoren wurde, vollständig in Eichenfässern vergoren. Im Anschluss wurde die Hefe aufgerührt um dem Wein mehr Komplexität und cremigen Geschmack zu verleihen. Der Wein überzeugt durch seinen intensiven Duft nach Zitronenblüten, Aprikosen und einem Hauch Creme Brulee. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein reichhaltig und komplex mit langem Nachhall. Die feine Säure unterlegt die reichhaltigen, erfrischenden Fruchtnoten und verleiht dem Wein Eleganz. Passt zu: gebratenen Fischgerichten, z.B. gebratener Seezunge mit cremigem Steinpilzrisotto sowie zu hellem Fleisch und mittelkräftigen Käse.
