La Cité du Vin hosts rich and cultural events that happen all year round in very large auditorium. This happens weekly at La Cité du Vin. Workshops - There are seven different themed workshops that are available for all ages and all audiences, connoisseurs to the much younger generation, which is set in three tasting areas including a multi-sensory space and educational workshops: multi-sensory experiences, discovery workshops, wine and delicacies, junior workshops, family workshops and many more!  Other activities - There are many other activities that highlight wine's universal dimension (grape varieties of the world, wine through the ages), cultural heritage aspects  (landscapes, legends, rites, wine and the arts)  and tasting (flavour, sensoriality).  The Reading Room - This is a free area that is open to all, which offers a wide selection of literary, historic , artistic and even anthropological works that relate to the fabulous world of wine!

Downtown Tour Enjoy an entirely guided one hour tour of San Francisco's most famous sites on an original open top Double Decker Bus in the San Francisco Downtown area, with unlimited hop on and off privileges up to 24 hours from first use. Some of the tour highlights include: Fisherman’s Wharf with its lively waterfront and the famous sea lions, Union Square shopping mecca, Chinatown, North Beach with crooked Lombard Street, Ferry Building and the Farmers Market, Embarcadero, Financial District, and famous Pier 39. From there, the tour continues to the central shopping district of San Francisco – Union Square. After about two hours we return to Fisherman’s Wharf, stopping at various waterfront locations, including Pier 39. Sausalito Tour Take this tour from South Vista Point to have the best views of the Golden Gate Bridge while driving across the bridge to North Vista Point. From there you have breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay (weather permitting), and on a nice day you can see the San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz Island and the Bay Bridge, making it a great photo stop for every visitor. The tour continues into Marin County and stops in charming Sausalito where you can hop off the bus, stroll around, shop, dine, visit various art galleries and enjoy a relaxing lunch by the waterfront. San Francisco Night Tour This live narrated 90 minute tour of San Francisco shows you the most vibrant neighborhoods of the city! With spectacular views from the top of an open top Double Decker bus, the tour covers all major sites of San Francisco and visits the most popular areas, such as Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, Financial District, the Embarcadero, Chinatown, North Beach, and Nob Hill with its impressive Grace Cathedral. ALCATRAZ Tour (need to be pre-booked with a specific date!) A tour to Alcatraz Island will be added to your 3-day Hop-On Hop-Off Tour, including a round-trip ferry from San Francisco to “the Rock.” At this infamous prison island, you will enjoy an award-winning audio tour of the prison cellblock (available in various languages). The looming mountain of Tibidabo is visible from nearly the entire city of Barcelona. Reaching nearly 1700 feet high, Tibidabo Mountain Barcelona is the tallest peak of the Serra de Collserola. Besides being quite the sight from within Barcelona, this mountain is also a popular place for travelers to visit who are seeking sweeping views of the city and coastline. Another attraction on the mountain is the Tibidabo Amusement Park. Built in 1889, this amusement park has the feeling of stepping back in time. If you’re tired of visiting the cathedrals and museums of Barcelona, escape the bustle of the city for an adventure up Tibidabo. The Tibidabo Amusement Park is a delight for families, couples, and groups. Over the years, the park has retained many of its original rides, many dating from the early twentieth century. On 6 levels you will find different attractions including: roller coaster, log flume, bumper cars, carousel, etc. There is a 4D cinema in 'Dididado' for the little ones and a 'horror house' for the older children. This show is not for the faint hearted and although in Spanish it is scary fun! On a hot sunny day you will enjoy a great day on top of the world at Tibidabo Amusement Park. Good old fashioned fun and an adventure to get there! Getting to the rides at the top of Tibidabo Mountain Barcelona is half the fun of this amusement park. One of the ways to reach the park is the Tibidabo tram called Tramvia Blau. This tram was first built in 1901, and both kids and adults alike will love its historic charm. The tram brings visitors halfway up the mountain. To continue on to the amusement park, it is necessary to climb aboard the funicular. A ride on the funicular will reveal spectacular views of Barcelona and the chance to the visit the church at the very summit of the mountain. Maybe it's not the easiest way to go to Tibidabo, but sure it's the most charming!
