Helles Rubinrot, Duft von roten Beeren, mit leicht rauchiger Note. Am Gaumen mittlere Frucht, eher zart, ausgewogen mit guter Länge. Passt zu: würzigem Aufschnitt, leichten Bratengerichten, geräucherter Geflügelbrust sowie mittelreifen Käsesorten.

Dunkles Rot mit Purpur, feminine Nase mit floralen Noten. Ein kompletter Einstiegswein, im Geschmack weich und warmherzig, elegante, leicht süssliche Tannine. Passt zu: Kaninchen, Lamm, Rind, Schinken, Hartkäse.

Leuchtend rote Farbe mit intensiven violetten Tönen. Aromatische Nase mit roten Früchten, floralen Noten und Gewürzen. Gut strukturierter Körper mit Eleganz und Frische, mittellanger Abgang. Passt zu: rotem Fleisch, Lamm und fleischartigen Fischen.

Helles, leuchtendes Rosa im Glas. Es duftet nach roten Beerenfrüchten, zarte florale Anklänge mit weissen Blüten, etwas Kräuter. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich dieser Wein sehr frisch, fruchtig. Passt zu: Canapes mit luftgetrockneten Schinken, Antipasti, geräuchertem Lachs, frischem Käse.

Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.
