Die Bedienung erfolgt über das Multifunktionsrad mit Tastenfunktion, worüber auch Funktionen wie Lautstärke- und Klangregelung, Phantomspeisung, Stummschaltung etc. gesteuert werden. Über die lokalen Anschlussmöglichkeiten für Line-Pegel-Quellen und Mikrofone lassen sich weitere Audiogeräte auf die Audiomatrix routen, wobei sich einer der Anschlüsse als lokaler Line-Ausgang konfigurieren lässt. Über die zusätzlichen Eingänge können lokale Audioquellen wie CD- oder MP3-Player angeschlossen werden, für Durchsagen lässt sich ein Mikrofon anschließen.
