The Trail of Time ends at Grand Canyon Village where you can experience the area’s human history. You’ll see architecturally significant places like El Tovar, which was once considered the most luxurious hotel west of the Mississippi. Hopi House was the first building by Mary Coulter, an influential and skilled Southwest architect.
