Important information before your arrival at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London:   Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your tickets. Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 18 years or older to play the maze. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze. PLEASE NOTE: if you select a date before 27th January 2019 Crystal Maze is located in Angel, near the underground station (Northern Line, Zone 1)  PLEASE NOTE: if you select a visit date from April 2019 onwards Crystal Maze will be located next in Piccadilly Circus near the underground station ( Bakerloo & Piccadilly Lines, Zone 1)

You will be welcomed with a typical Czech aperitif during boarding. After the departure, the buffet-style lunch will be opened; you can select from typical Czech or International cuisine and enjoy the lunch while viewing Prague's sights. You can order from a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the cruise. Entertainment on the deck will be provided by a music band. First the cruise will head upstream the Vltava River around the Rudolfinum and the Old Town. Then the boat will float under Charles Bridge and you will have a spectacular view of Prague Castle. Your cruise will continue around Kampa Island to the old river locks. On the other side of the river you can see the National Theatre. When entering the river locks, you can count how many penguins are there – a sculpture by an art group. On the other side of the locks you will see the famous Dancing House and the cruise will then continue under several Prague bridges, around the Emmaus Monastery up to Vyšehrad and the Podolí Waterworks. Here the boat turns back and sails past the Straka Academy, the Civic Swimming Pool and the Prague Metronome back to the dock. There you will see the Na Františku Hospital on the other side of the Vltava River.

In this city which is north of the island the possibilities are varied, from visiting the leisure complex Lake Martianez (lakes and pool the work of the Canarian artist Cesar Manrique) through to the Plaza del Charco (centre and commercial hub of the city), The Botanical Gardens, the Paseo of San Telmo or Playa Jardín (black sand with gardens and shops also designed by Cesar Manrique).  Besides these classic attractions already mentioned, this very popular tourist destination among the British, German and Spanish also boasts other gems like the hermitage of San Telmo or Sitio Litre, housing dating from the eighteenth century, then in its day served as home to famous visitors like Agatha Christie and the famous German explorer Alexander von Humboldt.
