Der Mercedes Sprinter II W906 ist als wahres Arbeitstier unter den Nutzfahrzeugen bekannt und konnte sich bereits in etlichen Betrieben beweisen. Den Sprinter zeichnen eine zuverlässige Funktionsweise und ein großes Raumangebot für unterschiedlichste Waren und Produkte aus. Gerade bei Transportfahrzeugen ist es wichtig, dass die Fahrzeughöhe trotz Zuladung konstant bleibt. Aus diesem Grund wurde für diesen Sprinter optional eine Luftfederung angeboten. Für alle zwischen 2005 und 2016 gebauten Mercedes Sprinter II W906 haben wir für ebenjene Luftfederung einen Luftfederungs-Kompressor im Angebot. Das Einbaufertige Ersatzteil wird zusammen mit dem Kompressor-Relais zu Ihnen nach Hause geliefert. Bitte wechseln Sie bei einem Einbau des Kompressors auch unbedingt das Relais durch Plug & Play mit aus.
Aufgabe der Luftfederung Die Luftfederung Ihres Mercedes Sprinter II W906 hat zwei wichtige Funktionen, die bei einem einwandfrei arbeitenden System zum Tragen kommen. Zum einen wird das Fahrzeug abgefedert, was sich in größerem Komfort bemerkbar macht. Zum anderen steuert es die Niveauregulierung, welche die Fahrzeughöhe konstant hält. Dies ist nicht nur bei schwerer Zuladung wichtig, sondern auch bei ungleichmäßiger Beladung. Beides kommt bei Nutzfahrzeugen häufig vor, weshalb die Luftfederung hier besonders vorteilhaft ist. Der Kompressor als ein Element des Luftfederungssystems ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, denn er saugt Umgebungsluft an, verdichtet und entfeuchtet sie anschließend leitet sie an die Luftfedern der jeweiligen Achse weiter.

Wenn Luft aus einer Luftfeder entweicht, muss der Kompressor ständig laufen, um das Defizit zu ersetzen. Dieser Dauerbetrieb schadet ihm langfristig und der Kompressor überhitzt. Dann wird der Kompressor zu laut und Sie können Poltergeräusche vernehmen. Wenn der Kompressor nicht mehr genug Luft an die Luftfedern weiterleiten kann, kann das Fahrzeugniveau nicht mehr konstant gehalten werden, die Niveauregulierung und die Federung ist defekt. Auch daran können Sie einen Schaden am Kompressor erkennen.
So ist unser Kompressor aufgebaut Der AEROSUS Kompressor ist modular aufgebaut und besteht aus 3 Teilen. Dank dieses Aufbaus ist er wenig fehleranfällig und äußerst robust. Bei den 3 Modulen des Kompressors handelt es sich um das Druckgehäuse, den Elektromotor und die integrierte Lufttrocknereinheit. Das Druckgehäuse ist dafür zuständig, die Luft zu komprimieren. Der Motor sorgt für den kraftvollen Antrieb und die Trocknereinheit stellt unabhängig von den klimatischen Bedingungen saubere und trockene Druckluft zur Verfügung. Ein mechanisches Überdruck- und ein elektrisches Vorsteuerventil ermöglichen, dass der Kompressor ohne weitere Komponenten auskommt.
