Der Caspar C reift in Barriques der Erst- und Zweitbelegung zum reifen gelegt. Er duftet intensiv nach Kirschen und roten Beeren mit würzigen Noten und einem Hauch Röstnoten. Am Gaumen hat er ein lebendiges Säurespiel und eine elegante, feine Fruchtaromatik, die von würzigen Aromen getragen wird. Ein komplexer und lang anhaltender Spätburgunder. Passt gut zum gebratenen Fleischgerichten, Wildgeflügel, Gänsebraten mit Rotkraut und Klössen aber auch zum kräftigem Käse.
