In der Nase leichte Aromen von reifer Mandarine und Pfirsich, am Gaumen mit Noten von tropischen Früchten und wilden Kräutern mit guter Tiefe und Komplexität, vollmundig mit lebendigem Charakter.

Ein Chardonnay mit österreichischem Flair, der mit einer leichten und finessenreichen Eleganz aufwartet. Er wurde nicht im Eichenholz ausgebaut und bietet eine delikate Aromenvielfalt mit exotischen Anklängen. Die direkte, fruchtbetonte Art verleiht ihm einen überaus trinkfreudigen Charakter.

15 Monate in französischen Barriques gelagert, besticht diese Cuvee durch ein Bouquet von dunklen Pflaumen, schwarzer Johannisbeere, Brombeere gepaart mit Noten nach Zedernholz, Tabak, Kaffee und Gewürzen. Die Tannine sind soft und reif und ästeln in einem langen Finale. Passt zu: pikanter Pasta oder zu Roastbeef.
