Der zart rötliche Champagner zeigt eine feine Perlage. Die dreijährige Lagerung auf der Hefe verleiht ihm seine Frische und Komplexität. Neben fruchtigen Pfirsich- und Beerenaromen bestechen Noten von Biskuit und gerösteten Nüssen, sowie eine feine Mineralität. Passt zu: einer Vielzahl an Speisen.
