Der Palmer Monicon L ist ein präziser analoger Lautstärkeregler, der zwischen Computer oder Audio Interface und aktive Monitorlautsprecher angeschlossen wird. Die Schaltung ist vollständig passiv und verfärbungsfrei, die LED-Anzeigen und der eingebaute Kopfhörerverstärker werden über das mitgelieferte Netzteil versorgt. Symmetrische Combobuchsen dienen als Stereoeingang, der AUX-Eingang des Monicon L besitzt RCA-Buchsen und eine 3,5 mm Stereoklinke. Das kompakte Pult bietet Ausgänge für zwei Monitor-Paare und einen Monosummen-Ausgang über XLR-Buchsen. Der Stereo- oder AUX-Eingang können alternativ, die beiden Ausgänge einzeln und gemeinsam gewählt werden.
