Der Wein ist rund und ausgewogen mit einer schönen Balance von Kraft und fruchtiger Frische, guter Länge, im Finale fein unterlegt von dunkler Schokolade viel Trinkgenuss fürs Geld. Passt zu kurz gebratenem, gegrilltem oder im Ofen geröstetem Fleisch und Geflügel, gern gewürzt mit vielen mediterranen Kräutern, zu gefüllten Paprika und Auberginen, herzhaften Pastagerichten.
