Granatrot im Glas, glänzend. Das Bouquet ist fruchtig, unterschtrichen mit Gewürzen und einer schöner Röstaromatik. Noten von reifen Kirschen, Waldfruchtgelee und Spuren von Nelken und etwas Vanille. Am Gaumen ist der Wein frisch, vollmundig mit klaren Tanninen und Mineralität, die das Terroir wiederspiegelt. Passt zu: gebratenen Fleischgerichten z.B. Charolaise Rindersteaks, Hirschmedaillons, Rebhuhn oder Kaninnchen.

Rubinrot, erfrischend vollmundig und fruchtig. Aromen von saftiger Kirsche und Pflaume mit fein eingebundener Taninstruktur. Passt zu: Braten von Jungwild, Wildgeflügel, Kalb, Rind, kräftiger Pasta, Gratins, Ragouts und Käsespezialitäten.

Preparation: Add 2 g of Long Life Brows to 200 ml of hot water (80 °C) and leave to brew for about 5 - 7 minutes.
