Ein strahlend goldener Farbton mit delikatem Prickeln feiner Bläschen. In der Nase ein lebendiges und präzises Bukett mit blumigen Aromen von Weissdorn, Kirschbaumblüten und Aprikosen. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich elegant und frisch mit Aromen von Clementine. Das Finish ist sehr angenehm mit leicht würzigen Noten. Passt zu: Fisch, Hummer und Meeresfrüchten.

Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.
