Klassisches Dry-Creek-Zinfandel-Bouquet mit kraftvollen Aromen von saftigen Schwarzkirschen, Kirschlikör und süss gereiften dunklen Beeren, Kaffee, Karamell, Backkakao und Zartbitterschokolade. Auch am Gaumen viel süsse Frucht mit feinen Noten von eingelegten Kirschen, Rauch und Vanille, das Tannin ist spürbar dicht, doch samtweich gereift, das Finale lang, mit schöner Säure- Süsse-Balance und lebhaft fruchtigem Nachhall.
