Die Trauben für den Merlot Reserva stammen von 7-8 Jahre alten Rebstöcken, die im kühlen lehmigen Boden zweier Parzellen wurzeln. 92 Proz. des Weins wurde 12 Monate in kleinen Fässern aus französischer undamerikanischer Eiche ausgebaut. Es entstand ein Wein in dem sich die typische Frucht des Merlot mit Komplexität, Struktur und gutem Alterungsvermögen verbindet. In der Nase reife Pflaumen- und Schwarzkirscharomen, Minze und Vanille. Ein Eindruck der sich im Mund fortsetzt, bei seidiger Textur, komplex und elegant, gut eingebundene Eichenholznote, sehr lang. Passt zu: Festtagsbraten, Fleischgerichten.

Ein Weissburgunder mit Aromen von reifen Stachelbeeren. Ein cremig, weicher, harmonischer Wein mit einer feinen Säure. Passt zu: Spargelgerichten, Gratins, überbackenen Käsegerichten.
