Am Gaumen zeichnet er sich durch eine lebhafte Säure aus, die in schönem Gleichgewicht steht mit kräftigen aber weichen Tanninen und den intensiven Eindrücken von roten Früchten und Gewürzen. Sehr lang anhaltendes Finale. Passt zu: rotem Fleisch und mittelreifem Käse.

Dunkles Gelb mit grünen Reflexen. Das Bouquet ist sehr intensiv und komplex, mit Früchten wie Aprikose, Pfirsich, Trockenobst, ein Hauch Honig und zarten floralen Anklängen von Veilchen. Am Gaumen ist er üppig, intensiv aber sehr geschmeidig. Im Nachhall machen sich feine Noten von exotischen Früchten bemerkbar.
