Die Tannine sind soft und reif und ästeln in einem langen Finale. Passt zu: pikanter Pasta oder zu Roastbeef.

Ein komplexer gut ausbalancierter Wein mit seidigem Tannin mit Aromen von Sauerkirschen, Schokolade und Gewürzen. Passt zu gegrilltem, kurzgebratenem dunklem Fleisch, Antipasti und gut gewürzten Pastagerichten.
