Language App Chicago Trolley & Double Decker Company now has a FREE, foreign language app for both Android and iPhone! This new, easy to use app provides a fully narrated tour in Chinese (Mandarin), German, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. We're excited to offer this option to our international guests! How to download? Easy as 1, 2, 3! On the guest's phone, search and download "Chicago Trolley Tour" in the application store. Once downloaded, open the app and the language options will appear. Choose the language needed and download. There will be a prompt to enter a password. The password is Chicago (not case sensitive). Please provide password information only once ticket has been purchased. That's it! So how does it work? Headphones will be provided for any guest using the app. Using GPS, the app follows the guests as they enjoy the views from our double deckers and trolleys. The narration is based on plotted points along our tour route. Guests can even click on each point to read the information. Once downloaded, the app does not use data. Guests can turn cellular data OFF if they would like to. However, GPS accuracy IS improved when Cellular Data is left ON, even though no data is use. Ticket Types

Abbott Oceanarium The Abbott Oceanarium immerses you in the vibrant coastal ecosystem of beluga whales, Pacific white-sided dolphins, sea otters and sea lions. You’ll also find a host of fishes and invertebrates that make their homes where freshwater flows into the ocean or where tides turn seascapes to landscapes and back again each day. Use our self-guided map to discover how animals are linked to each other, their homes and you. Polar Play Zone Kids have a place at Shedd that they can call their own—Polar Play Zone. It’s cool as ice and twice as nice! The penguins think so, too. Play! Splash! Pretend! What would you like to be? A sleek sliding penguin? A deep-sea explorer? How about both? In Polar Play Zone, you can slip into a penguin suit and try being a bird in the Icy South play area. From there, head to the Icy North to explore the belugas’ Arctic waters in a kid-sized submarine. Don’t forget to shake hands—or is it arms?—with colorful sea stars in the touch pools. In Polar Play Zone, you’ll learn about polar opposites—big and small, fast and slow, shallow and deep, even north and south—while you play. The Oceanarium Aquatic Presentation​ is included however based on available seating and remaining show times at the time of guest arrival. We put the wild in Wild Florida at our Gator and Wildlife Park. Get up close and personal with more than 200 animals in the Middle of Nowhere! Take your time exploring the interesting habitats and heritage of our animals. Talk to our experts about what it’s like to care for these amazing animals and how our population of lemurs, zebra, watusi, bobcat, sloth, and other exotic animals has grown over the past year. There’s something for every member of your family at our Gator and Wildlife Park. Kids will love feeding and learning more about baby animals in our Petting Zoo. Moms and Dads can rest easy knowing that there is a covered playground for kids to run around when they need to let off some energy. Grandma, Grandpa, and the whole extended family will love exploring our Hawk Swamp where owls often roost in the coolness of the cypress tree-canopied boardwalk. Admission to the Gator and Wildlife Park is free with the purchase of an Airboat Tour, but the Gator and Wildlife Park admission can be purchased separately if you want to spend as much time as you can exploring the animals up close. A visit to Florida would not be complete without a #GatorHug! You can see and hold one of our gators during our Gator Handling Show. We also offer interactive programs ranging from becoming an animal keeper for a day to taking a #slothie (a selfie with a sloth, of course!). KidZania London KidZania is a world of fun and learning for children aged four to fourteen. Set their imagination free with a visit to the UK’s first educational entertainment experience. Located in Westfield London, KidZania features a child-size city spanning 75,000sq. ft. Over four exciting hours, kids can learn real-life skills and have a go at trying out grown-up jobs in realistic environments. From the Aviation Academy to the Radio Station, Police Station or Hospital, KidZania’s streets are lined with authentic establishments. Real-life role play will bring these professions to life as kids learn in a fun and safe environment. Children can even have a go at being a tour guide on a mini Golden Tours hop-on hop-off bus! Young minds will learn about money as they are paid for the activities they undertake, earning ‘KidZos’ (KidZania currency). Kids can open a personal savings account and deposit the money they have earned for their work. This currency can be used to purchase goods and services inside the city. Each experience lasts four hours, and children over the age of seven can enjoy KidZania without an accompanying adult. Visitors are given a bracelet to wear around their wrist which can only be removed by employees with parental permission, so you’ll know where your kids are at all times. Children are in safe hands, leaving you free to shop or dine while keeping track of their movements. KidZania has welcomed over 38 million visitors worldwide and now the global phenomenon has arrived in London! Kids can have fun while learning valuable skills during at this exciting new education experience. Accessibility KidZania accommodates visits for those with special requirements. We believe all kids should be able to experience role-play in a fun and unique way. Hearing Impairments: All activities are equipped with a 'Help Hearing Guide' - a read-a-long guide for visitors with hearing impairments. This is a free service and can be obtained by an activity staff member on the day of your visit.  Visual Impairments: Service Animals (Registered Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Medical Alert Dogs) are welcome around KidZania, however due to health and safety reasons, there are selected activities where they will not be permitted.  Accessible Parking: Westfield London offers a selection of accessible parking. Blue Badge holder will be permitted four hours free parking Monday to Friday. To qualify for this, you must provide a Blue Badge and parking ticket to Westfield staff at the Shopmobility desk.  Getting Around: KidZania is entirely accessible to wheelchair users, with many lifts and escalator available.
