Nach der Vergärung in französischen Eichenfässern folgte ein 12-16-monatiger Ausbau in Barriques. Im Duft reife Frucht, Aprikose, weisser Pfirsich, Williams Christ, dazu Blütenhonig, Haselnüsse, mineralische Gesteinsnoten. Sehr elegant am Gaumen, perfekt ausbalanciert, tief und lang.
